Jeremy at the service desk is amazing! We appreciated him when he was in the lumber department as well. He is a true asset to the store!!

This store would be a 5 if more customer check stands were put back in service.

purchased a Tuff Shed on 6/10/2021 and have not heard a word as to when I might get this shed.

Great staff, always willing to help

The employees were friendly. It was easy to find an employee when I needed help. Employee was knowledgeable and was able to help me find what I needed.

I walked past few associates not even one asked if I need help. until this gentleman passed by and asked if I need any help. he was wearing a orange shirt with a logo on it saying met, but with out any name tag, i said yes. he even took me to the product that I was looking for. while walking to he product I asked he why he did not have no name tag on, he told me he was already head home. so I asked for his name Benny. I would like to gave him a thump up for helping me. I hope I did get him in trouble because he help me after he was off of work.

USUALLY HAVE ITEMS NEEDED BUT SOMETIMES WHEN ITEMS ARE SHOWN ON SITE GET THEIR AND ITEM ARE NOT THEIR. SOME ARE ITEMS THAT STORE NOLONGER HANDELS, TAT IS ALWAYS A PAIN WHEN DRIVING 20 MILES EACH WAY. PHONE IS HARD TO REACH EMPLOY TO CHECK IF PARTS ARE THEIR.

AS A DISABLED VET I WOULD NOW RECOMEND ANY OF THE FOUR OTHER LUMBER YARDS IN TOWN

Staff is friendly and seem much more "eager" to help / accommodate customers than comparable stores. (Don't have to run down and tackle an associate to get help!) Service Desk is responsive and has a great "Let's get to the bottom of this" attitude!

Today was a great experience! Usually we can’t find employees in each section. We loved today having help when needed!

This store is the cleanest Home Depot we've ever been to. The staff overall was very helpful and came up to ask how they can help us. They are pretty well stocked. Excellent experience.

The store has excellent prices and a great selection. I live closer to another home improvement store, but prices and selection have me going across town every single time. The workers are friendly and the store is always clean.

I love my Home Depot--I was there at the Grand Opening. Won a t-shirt. But everybody has a bad day now and then, and yesterday was yours. Great experience up until the time I stood waiting to check out, then everything fell apart. At that time, I was unaware of the error in cutting my shelves--one was an inch too long, one was an inch too short. Didn't realize that until I started putting it together. I was--and am--NOT happy. But I made it work--sorta. Next time, I'm going to suggest measuring three times.... A note about the kid who loaded my purchases into my car. Big kid--didn't get his name. Surly or sick? I don't know, but please check on him.

Store was immaculately clean and staff very notably pleasant friendly and helpful (Maria and Estela in customer service)

I had to return some drywall to homedepot. So I took it to the lumber side (Lowe’s usually handles my returns at lumber) but they said I had to wheel my large drywalls across the store to customer service to do my return in which I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes to do a simple return that apparently only one cashier in customer service could do out of all the employees they had working in the store. It was very frustrating seeing employees who I know could’ve taken my return just standing around and talking behind the counters.

The associate Kat in the appliance dept was super helpful and found a solution that fit my needs.

I ordered online and my order was ready for pickup the next day. Curbside pickup is very well identified and organized. In this day and age this service is of paramount importance.

the store employees were doing great with the challenges of the virus, I believe the store was short handed at the time I was shopping.

Everything is easy to find and you always have what I need.

Was extremely pleased that I could get one of the service desk personnel to bring the items I had purchased through the website to my vehicle. This plague virus is impacting our entire country and economy, and is especially dangerous to older people. While I believe I am free from the virus, I cannot be sure of that. I am over 75 years old, and therefore more vulnerable than younger people. I do not want to endanger others (in case I am infected) and definitely don't want to be infected! Your company's help to keep me at a good "social distance" is most appreciated.

Our experience at Home Depot in Moses Lake, Wa is always very good! Associates are always on hand, willing and ready to help and guide you with a smile. Cashiers are friendly and helpful as well and let us in on specials, deals and/or sales.

I live in poverty and have taken on a personal project of building a 35x25 barn to kennel my dogs comfortably. Home Depot is generally reasonably priced, and in instances where my limited funds draw short of my massive overall goal, employees offer discounts as they are able to. I appreciated in particular my interaction with Tina today, whom once realizing I was shy a few bucks, and knowing I'd be spending my last penny in my account until next month, (today is the 7th, I have no funds again until the 3rd) offered without skipping a beat, the small discount i needed for 6 sheets of subfloor and 2 sewer pipe lengths! I'm grateful and impressed, thank you Tina! I've thousands more in materials needed, yet today's purchase will aid me in keeping my kennel barn clean and safer for my pets!
