very friendly, clean store with great customer service

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Kristal, Tori and Darlene in the Moses Lake Home Depot. They were excellent during a rather large and complicated return from an online order. They were patient and friendly despite having to spend hours on the phone and being passed around to several different departments, even missing out on a company luncheon, to ensure all of the items were returned and refunded properly. They all went above and beyond normal customer service and we are beyond grateful. Home Depot's awesome return policy is part of why we shop there, and now we're even more impressed. We will be customers for a long time. Thank You!

Best employees ever!

The Moses Lake location is always clean and organized with very friendly staff available to help make the overall shopping experience pleasant from start to finish.

I enjoy my shopping at Home Depot. For the most part, employees are helpful. Lately, I have been assisted by Jeff, David(beard), and Mike(long hair) with genuine concern from the employee. I greatly appreciate all the sales associates and their attitude. Keep up the good work! Thank you for making my experience a good one.

I have to buy a lot of hardware for my job and Home Depot is always my first choice because of their prices, their selection and their people.

Friendly employees, low prices and convenient location.

This store was extremely clean with no aisle obstructions. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I only get to visit this store when visiting or helping our son, but LOVE to shop here every time we visit.

Tim Jones, employee, was very helpful and the cashier was willing to help me get the light fixture into my car.

It was an awsome experience. I was in crying trying to fix something that i was so stressed about. Broken window in my Fifth wheel where i live due to a fire in my house. Someone broke my window and i needed something to stop the wind and keep me safe until i could fix properly. Nate was my super man and thanks to him i left with a smile and no tears.

My home is always in need for quick repairs and my local home depot seems to enjoy my visit. The *oh honey can we build/make/do* moments always get a smile from the team members.From building needs to craft idea's home depot just around the corner is an inspiration to "here we go again" efforts for a better space and environment that we live in.

The pro desk people are very helpful

Many associates yet no one to help. The store was clean, but impossible to get assistance. No one was friendly, warm or welcoming. Everyone was "to busy" to help, yet walked in chatting pairs.

The selection is great at this location, the pricing just right, the online presence and ordering capability and shipping options have been my best experience with a home improvement / gardening retail and online store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, often times they have applied knowledge of the department they work in and can make product recommendations and workshops offered by HD to learn more. The store is clean, products well stocked, and the helpful and friendly staff make this my favorite place to shop. The demonstration videos of some of the products are fantastic, and really help me pick the things I want. I can get text messages that tell me exactly where my items are before I get to the store, so I know where I'm going to find what I need on my list. HD, you are doing it right!!

I went there to purchase garage doors the sales associate was very friendly and walked me through the ordering process. The store was very organized and clean which makes for a nice visit every time I go there.

I found the store generally clean, stocked from what I could see. See a manager anywhere? No. But the two employees I had the opportunity to be greeted by were amazing! Marybeth in the paint department and Justin at customer service? Kudos!!!

RUDE/LAZY CASHIER... TO MANY OTHER FRIENDLY PLACES TO SHOP IN TOWN TO PUT UP WITH RUDE CASHIERS..
