Store associates were very pleasant and helpful. Nice experience.

I am remodeling. Took my contractor with me for the purchases, his expertise and my color choices. A couple of things he didn't think Home Depot could provide but found they did. We were able to order everything we needed and have it placed in "will call" for pickup later in the week. One big headache out of the way in a few hours. The only con I have is a couple of items were not in stock, or inventory did not match the number of items we required. In this instance, we just ordered what we needed and would pick everything up later in the week. The associate was very helpful and knew her stuff which helped us with many items we needed.

It is always a great pleasure to enter a garden center that is clean, well organized, well stocked and where the plants are healthy and well cared for. It is even better when you are greeted by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people. Home Depot has always provided exactly what I need and has consistently exceeded my expectations! Thanks y'all, keep up the great work!

Fast friendly service, clean environment, well stocked... and if they DON'T have it they can usually tell you exactly where to find it or will order it for you. The folk there are always willing to help with what ever my project need may be. I love this store and those who work so hard to insure I get exactly what I need to complete my DYI projects.

I was able to find all of the items I was shipping for and everyone was very friendly.

On my last visit to purchase a field mower it ended up being to large to haul in my small car. The salesman, Mike, was about to take his lunch break and offered to haul the item home for me. This saved me a few days waiting for home delivery. This act was way above and beyond the call of duty and was greatly appreciated.

Good help and reasonable prices with good quality. I have shopped at this store many years and have not had a bad experience. Associates willingly make special orders for me.

Picking out a fridge for work and as i entered the store an assosiate asked me as i came through the door if they could help. i told why i was there and they call for a person in the area i needed and then escorted me there. i thought i would be there for a while, it was only about ten minutes. easy money!

I like Home Depot. I do most of my purchases here for home repairs, decor, gardening, etc. Store is clean and well organized. Products are listed on isles and numbered for convenience. Help is always available when needed. If there is some product that the store does not carry some associates can help with this. I believe Home Depot does well in training employees. Thank you..

The new mobile receipt option was my favorite part of the shopping experience !!! Associates were all positive , cheerful, nice appearance, and hardworking/ industrious.

When you enter the store you can feel at home because they are so welcoming and so helpful.

Great customer service but one guy completely ignored me even after I waved him down. But other associates helped.

Jenny and Shannon were very helpful when it came to making my purchase. They made me feel like my small purchase was worth everything. I was happy and will finish my gardening projects with The Home Depot garden products. They are always very friendly and helpful.

Sarah in windows helped us order a vinyl window online. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She made the experience very rewarding. I would recommend asking for Sarah if you have a window purchase.

This weekday visit was very calm and quiet compared to weekend and other visits I have made in the past. Very few shoppers were present. Friendly associates were plentiful and answered all questions I had. Self service checkout without waiting in line is always a plus for me.

Right when i arrived a sales associate asked me if I needed help looking for somthing and took me to it! Overall great experience

The Home Depot store in Moses lake IS VERY CLEAN AND VERY ORGANIZED. THE STAFF IS ALSO EXSTREAMLY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. They have the best garden department. I have never seen dead flowers or plants sitting around like I have seen at Lowes and that's why I don't go to Lowes. Thank you Home Depot.

Associate could not help me right away, "Just a sec, I'll be right back." 15 minutes later, a different associate did stop and help. I wish I remembered his name. He was very helpful. Good thing I just got an Iphone so I could play a game while waiting. I was about to get home depot number from internet and ask for an associate!!!

I enjoy coming to your store because it's clean and everyone is so friendly. All the staff that I had direct contact with has been very knowledgeable not just in ther own area but in all the department. That's way the staff makes it easy, quick, and very pain free to get my shopping donw. Love you guys!!!

as usual had good experience, terry b and dave in hardware helped me getting the items I needed and alex at self checkout was very friendly.

There was a lot of clutter in the aisles and could not get a cart to the area I needed to get the cabinet I wanted. Had to go around another section to get to the one I needed. Store was very clean and easy to find what I needed. The help needed more training and a bit more muscle to get the cabinet down from the shelf but it make it in one piece with minimal damage. The corner of the back side of the cabinet was broken off but I had to cut the cabinet down 4 inches on the bottom so I removed the damaged area and it worked out just fine.
