I love shopping here! I'm always asked by an associate if I need help and if I do, they are always helpful. The store is well stocked with competive prices!

I usually have a good experience when I shop at this store. I would recommend this store to others.

The help I received from buddy a store associate was above and beyond he went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to shop and te others to shop home depot because of this.22

Went shopping for upright freezer, could not locate help until leaving the department and he just stared at me. Also went to buy shop tools for my shop and couldn't find anyone to help after walking up and down the tool aisle for 15 minutes. In fact the whole time I was in the store (30 minutes) only one person asked how I was and that was in the plant department.

The store was pretty clean and welcome, however the house plamts part of the store looked upset with many bad looking plants. This part needs more attention.

I have been to several home centers over the years for various reasons and I have always had the best and most helpful customer service at Home Depot. I have never had to wait or try and find an associate to answer a question. The staff are friendly and available to assist with my needs. They really seem to make the extra effort for their customers. Thank you!

Two months ago I purchased a home that required a lot of remodeling and updates. Home Deport Associates in Moses Lake have been like family. Even though this is all very new to me they helped me every step of the way. Darlene got me started with a Home Depot Card and always helps me when I've purchased the wrong item and have to return it for the correct one. Sam helped me get the right flooring. Sam and Dena helped me order my appliances and get the 5 year coverage I needed. Evan helped me with my closet doors just this week. Yesterday Brad helped my sister and me locate locate items we had no idea of where to look. When I first started this I always received help from everyone in building supplies locating and loading items I need. In the last nine weeks, I have been at Home Depot multiple times a week. I couldn't have made it through this project without all the help I've received. Believe it or not, Sam greets me by my first name when I come in to the store. You have a life-long customer.

Had a great experience getting all new appliances today! The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgable in her department! She helped me find everything I was looking for! Everything I was looking for was in stock with the exception of my washer and dryer but even with having to order those it's only going to take 3 days to have them delivered and hooked up for free!! I love our Home Depot! All the associates we passed entering and leaving greeted us as well!

Store associate in Paint Department failed to acknowledge that i was present, when speaking directly to him he failed to respond, and when I said thank you after my stain was mixed, he never responded...just pushed the can across the counter at me and walked away without a word.

I needed assistance with cutting down a piece of stair nose to fit it in my vehicle. I asked Shawn where I might be able to do this and he immediately procured a hack saw and cut it for me. I also asked him some questions about door seals, he was very knowledgeable and helpfull

My experience with the associates in the paint, carpet, and lumber departments was amazing! They each went above and beyond what I expected. S helped me greatly in the paint department, to figure out exactly what type and brand of paint to get. A helped me in the carpet dept to recover the name and type of my carpet from my computer-generated order so I could match up for paint colors, and then he stayed with me and helped me for about half an hour to help me pick out paint and paint supplies. Then, when I needed baseboard trim, J helped me find the trim, a good price, the right style that I was looking for, carried it up to the register, wrapped it in plastic wrap, carried it to my van, put it INTO my van and secured it so it wouldn't flop around. These guys are GREAT to work with and gave me excellent customer service.

The employees are always helpful and kind with whatever we need. The store always looks clean and organized. Every visit has been an enjoyable experience.

The availability and attitude of sales associates at Home Depot in Moses Lake is exceptional. Far better service than the direct competitor-Lowes. I attribute this to the management as well as the associates. Your employees at the Moses Lake store are genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you to other friends and associates. I am doing a remodel project and had questions about texturing the walls. The sales associate was very helpful in directing me to the best products for what I am doing. He answered all my questions and even gave me some cost cutting advice.

Struggle to find door stops. Associates hard to find to asks for assistance.

I checked at Lowe's first and I am so glad I left there! The prices at Home Depot were half for the same items. Thank you Home Depot for making my remodel job affordable.

I was looking for items to make a headboard for our new bed. First looked at doors and realized they would not do, Karla helped me with this. Then looked in lumber and found some siding that was just about right and then went to paint to find the right stain. Shawn helped me in paint and my husband picked up a sprinkler and Aron checked us out. Overall a good experience, just wore my husband out walking around the store. Will be back to get the siding and stain when my husband designs the frame.

I was greeted upon entry into the store and found everything that I needed, and some that I didn't know that I needed. Cashier (Karen) was available and greeted me and was quite helpful and quick to check me out. Much happier at this store than at Lowe's and I have to drive an additional 10 minutes to get to The Home Depot and have to drive right past Lowe's.
