The cashier kept messing up on check out which caused some kind of security alert on my card and she didn't give me my military discount of 10% which would have been significant on a purchase of $900.00. I showed her proof of my veteran status and she assured me she had applied it. When I got home and reviewed my receipt the discount had not been given. I did call the store and they said if I come in they will fix this.

Home depot in Moultrie, Georgia is the best homedepot I've been to. The people are nice and friendly, patient and helpful. The store is neat and organized very well and the bathrooms are clean. I'd give a higher rating if it was possible.

I was guided from beginning to end on my purchase of a new shower by a very helpful sales representative.

Either my husband or I returned a light set on the same day it was purchased with a receipt (because we had picked up the wrong kind). I can't remember why it was was not credited back to our card. We purchased another light. The cashier put the credit on a store credit card. When I remembered that I had the card, I decided that I would use it. No so easy, because I did not have the proper ID which must be my husband's ID. Please do not let them give you a store credit, You may never get your money back.

The Moultrie, GA store was well stocked and had the building materials we needed. The store was also well staffed and we were greeted by associates throughout the store and offered assistance immediately. We didn't have to look for someone to help us. Obviously there is good management at this store and I highly commend the staff for their positive attitudes and helpfulness.

Valdosta should fire everyone and start over they are terrible

The Moultrie Home Depot is consistently friendly, helpful with whatever I need. All my major purchases have been at Home Depot. The store was clean and able to find what I wanted

The cashier Yadi helped me every step of the way. From the moment I walked into the store she welcomed me with the most positive attitude I've seen. She told me where the oil filters are and had an enjoyable chat while she was checking me out. Talking with her even reminded me that I almost forgot some of my other items! Love the service I got

I have been a regular customer since the store first opened and I always choose to shop there over all other local stores. They always have well trained and friendly employees, from the cashier's to the managers. They are number one to me.

Home Depot Moultrie is awesome! Great customer service!

We are from Florida. We are about 45 minutes from dothan, al. We purchased a bath tub in the home depot in dothan. The employee in this store told us Moultrie, GA had the wall insert that matched so she done it on her computer and purchased it for us to pick up in Moultrie. We went to Moultrie the very next morning and it was not in stock. We asked if we could get the display because we noticed someone else had got a display. The guy helping us was very nice and tried but the assistant manager said no so we asked to talk to him. The assistant manager told us the only reason he let some one else get a display is because the guy was a building a house and he had spent 50 thousand dollars with them. We explained we are doing an addition to our house and no store around has it that we had been spending a lot of money with them and drove 2 hours just for this and it wasn't fair he let the other guy but wouldn't let us The ASSISTANT MANAGER told us "that's how it works"

The assistants at your Home Depot in Moultrie are excellent. They are always ready to help and they know what you need and where it is in the store. I am a retired Air Force officer and I appreciate the good service provided by your employees.

I rarely write reviews of any kind; however I wanted to commend this store. On 02/03/2021 I was in the Moultrie GA HD for the first time. Every employee I encountered, from entering the store to checkout, was friendly and welcoming and also very helpful. This was also one of the cleanest HD stores I have ever been in, and I have been in quite a few!

My husband and I drive from Thomasville, GA to Moultrie to shop in this specific store! Employee staff are always so helpful and help you FIND things you are looking for! EVERY time we come we are amazed at the good customer service. Store was clean (always clean in our opinion) and the cashier was extremely helpful and friendly.
