Mount Laurel Home Depot Associates are great!! Always helpful and very much in tune with patrons. My compliments to Management for encouraging Great Customer Service!

I'm not sure that I would return to this store for anything but routine purchases. Different employees tell you contradictory things. They are terribly understaffed. Why do I say that? Because the employees themselves tell me that. Frustrating to deal with someone who advises that they are "filling in" for someone and don't really have any expertise in a given department. Maybe shorter hours would help lessen the work overload.

Even though I haven't received my appliances delivered yet, my salesman Jim Foyt was very knowledgeable in helping me with my order and offered their warranty protection plan versus PSE&G plan. Home Depot was a better deal. I purchased my appliance package on the Memorial Day special and I saved quite a bit.

Excellent customer service from Jackie and Tyreek. Very knowledgeable about the product patient professional and courteous. Same to be said for the associates that helped us load our purchase into our car they were very patient.

purchased Tilelab grout sealer, very easy to use, low odor and quick drying.

Everyone was so kind I got a welcome to Home Depot and I walked in the door and one of the cashier ladies said I hope you have a good day everyone was very nice and I just enjoyed my time there today.

I recently had a regrettable encounter with a staff member named Barbra at Home Depot. Unfortunately, her unprofessionalism was evident as she failed to greet me and, instead, shouted a disrespectful "stand there." This lack of courtesy and professionalism significantly tarnished my experience. Improved customer service training is crucial to ensure a more positive shopping environment.

We never used a paint sprayer and gentleman at Mt Laurel store was patient and walked us through different products. Also mixed my paint request and got us out of store in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient!

This is not going to be your average feedback. You have an associate, Mark, working for you that without a doubt changed two lives this day. The morning prior to our shopping experience at 330am, my mother came face to face with someone at her back door trying to break in with nothing between them but one foot of air. Not even the back door. If that’s not overwhelming enough, we went scrambling to Home Depot in the morning to purchase anything we could to arm the house with complete ignorance on the items we were buying. Mark spent ample time with us, showing us home security cameras, flood lights, comparing brands, purchasing new locks and latches, and coming back to check on us obviously stressed and lost in departments that weren't his to make sure we were able to accomplish the goals we wanted. Peace of mind is something that is not for sale at Home Depot and Mark did the best he could to give that to us for free. We are by no means "ok" yet but Mark supplied us with physical and emotional security. You will forever have two loyal customers to this location specifically and solely because of Mark. Thank you so much for hiring an Angel and blessing in an orange disguise. It is also to be noted the cashier, Dot was also super engaging and caring to two obviously stressed out women. We are overall beyond grateful for your staff at this location.

Serge in the Mount Laurel, NJ paint department is so very knowledgeable and willing to share (painting) experiences to ensure you get the best products to complete your projects. We stripped and repainted our outdoor (metal) patio set, replaced the fabric and this set looks brand new. Hope to enjoy for many more years, Thanks Serge with your guidance we did it!

Mitchell is a model employee. He obviously enjoys his job and goes out of his way to satisfy customers, I was looking for a specific Weber replacement part. He searched the inventory and ended going up a ladder to retrieve it, then he double checked to make sure it was right. He's the kind of person you want when you seek help. He made me feel valued as a customer.

Hubby just purchased a Ryobi 40V HP chain saw at home depot for great price, with a 3 year warranty with purchase. Always find great deals for any needs at my location. Havent used yet, but sure we will be pleased, as always...

At the checkout line, I needed something manually entered in. Did not get greeted or acknowledged, she simply took it from me entered it in and walked away. Didn’t say that she was done or here you go, nothing. That’s very rude! I was left standing there not knowing if she was done or going to get help. That is poor customer service.

Tychawn was very helpful from the moment I entered the paint aisle. My husband and I were very impressed. She was very knowledgeable about the paints and colors that i was trying to achieve. She made the experience so much more easier because i only had what i wanted in my head. She bought it to reality. Her personality and attitude was just great!!!!

When I need items for house or project the first place I go is HomeDepot. They are so friendly and knowledgable
