Without the expertise of the associates here, the store wouldn’t be the same. Sergi, Karen, Lisa and Elaine are the most seasoned pros and I couldn’t accomplish anything without them.

I almost always need assistance. No one is in their assigned department, except for the front desk and cashiers. I have to request help and/or go around the store seeking help.

Bought a washing machine and the sales representative was extremely good. He spent time with us and was very friendly.

I had the unfortunate experience with Barbara from customer service. Her condescending and accusatory attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. A simple RTV return evolved into a disciplinary lecture from her. Because of how I was treated, I will no longer shop at Home Depot Store #914.

Never had a problem finding the right item that I need ! There is always someone to ask for help if you need it . You can easily return any item if you need to . What more do you need ?

The staff was very helpful, kind, and patient. The cashier was happy and grateful for customers, she loves her job and was good at making you feel important.

I had to return a Dethatcher for the 2nd time because they were broken when I received them. And tried to explain it to her but she was rude and cut me off

I always have a great experience when I shop at Home Depot. Staff always there to help me and always take time to make sure I find what I need. Even when I am not sure what that is, they help me to figure it out.

Cashier Niccole was especially friendly and made a great visit all the more enjoyable.

The salesman who waited on us was extremely helpful. Partially dissembled the grill to fit it into our vehicle.

Not only was the associate at the 'return/exchange ' counter very rude and walked away without apologizing (maybe she didn't want to be there on Easter Sunday. Maybe she didn't care for minorities). Then the product I purchased was the wrong color due to not being where it belonged.

Products are available at any store. What makes the shopping experience positive and creates return / loyal customers is the nature of customer service received. The Mt. Laurel Home Depot staff I encountered in person yesterday and today (and even briefly on the phone) exhibited great customer service. They were interested, helpful, knowledgeable and engaged - head and shoulders above another big box store that I will no longer be patronizing.

I recently shopped at Mount Laurel Home Depot on Nixon Drive and I advise shoppers to go someplace else. In the parking lot, drivers operate recklessly so you have to have eyes in the back of your head. The day I went 11/17/2021 I was hoping to get needed supplies for a building project (during my lunch) but guess what? The brain trust decided to block off 3 busy aisles to move material. Two of the aisles remained blocked during my visit with no employees in them??????????? I witnessed an employee involved in a conflict with a customer who was also blocked from securing his needed purchase. I finally had enough when another store patron carelessly through a stack of moulding in an aisle, narrowly injuring me, then smirked about it. If you still choose to shop here, good luck!

The Home Depot in Mount Laurel is always very clean and organized. The associates and the managers are always very helpful and are always there to help you shop and find everything that you need.

I always enjoy my shopping experience at HomeDepot. I like the product mix and always find what I'm looking for.

The associates are always helpful and courteous. Aisles are almost always free of clutter (unlike the other place across the way) and the items I need are always in stock.

Employees treat you like a criminal if you try to return something. They weren't even apologetic when they opened the item to discover that it was in there.
