We had a great experience at this Home Depot.

Service above and beyond the call of duty! They really cared!

Person at the return register was very rude and told me he could not accept a $3.67 item. I told him it doesn't fit and he did the return. Waste of time. If you can do a return don't say you cannot. Most of the time employees are polite and professional, this one was not.

The Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant is where I shop for all my home project needs. I have encountered one associate after another to be very effective and efficient, especially in the Doors department. The three guys (Henry, Pete, and Mark) and their Supervisor (Leo) were fabulous in giving advice and patient in answering all of my questions. These guys are a super team. I'm glad my experience at this Home Depot was a positive one.

Don't order window treatments if you need measurements taken. The company that they set me up with no showed twice. Same thing happened a few years ago but I thought I would give them another chance. Two weeks of time lost and lots of aggravation later I got my deposit refunded and I'm going somewhere else to order blinds.

THE SALESMAN IN CHARGE OF WINDOWS AND DOORS WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

I received damaged Washer delivered and returned same time and tried to reorder with Samsung company but they were very unprofessional and very rude person I speak with and they suggest me to cancel my order and I did. I bought a waster in other company’s store and they are going to delivery next day.

As long as I could encounter an employee like Alesha I would shop here more often!

The store is clean and products are almost always in stock. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and always will help us find an item is we cannot locate it on our own. The garden center is well stocked and the plants are healthy and watered.

Too Notch. Sean went above and beyond in getting me my patio set. Found one in a faraway store in Putnam, transferred my sale from Westchester, to there and had it shipped to me in Rockland county across the River. The Home Depot down the street from me in Rockland just told me to keep calling them to see when they’ll have one. Sean is five stars in my book. Great job! Give the man a raise.

Associates and sales people are very helpful and accommodating. Store is well socked and associates will take the time to help you find what you need. This is a well run location.

Excellent *****staffing and customer service, especially employee named Teresa, truly remarkable employee. Went out of her way to give me assistance to find out price, remove item from carton, and carry to register and check me out. BTW - I believe she didn’t even work that area (Aisle 14) or department. Outstanding customer service, that is rarely found in today’s market. My applauds to store and manager, definitely a FIVE STAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THANKS

Great paint desk associates and very knowledgeable Behr Rep!! was able to direct me in everything I needed and suggested the best practical means of painting my cabinets and also how to repair the drywall that was damaged. Ron and Ted are awesome!

Saw a display for a bathroom vanity I wanted to purchase - unfortunately they were all out. However the staff were able to confirm, and take down my information and contact me later when it did come in. Saving me from going to another store an hour away to pick up.

Easily accessible. Ample parking. Friendly staff including sales personnel, and checkout staff. The "one stop" shopping saves me considerable time.

A specific associate Judith made me feel very out of place and not welcome. She made faces and comments that were uncalled for. I dropped an item and picked it up and scanned it. She saw me put it in a bag after I scanned it and she started to check everything and look at us like if we were doing something else

Unlike some Home Depot stores, in the NY metro area, this one is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Items are actually in stock and orderly. Hawthorne is truly a standout among other Home Depot stores in the area.

Appliance order had key missing customer experience impacting line items. Late delivery. Damaged good had to be returned. Each additional delivery to fix their mistakes had weeks of wait time. Forgotten items ("mistakes") never added to subsequent delivery orders so appliance haul-away never done even though I paid for it. Poor delivery company with poo attitudes. Huge amounts of wasted time calling customer support to fix each mistakes. Pure sadness to listen to support staff completely blocked and helpless due to restrictive technology / systems that don't allow simple add-ons to fix delivery issues once the original order is made. Finally, my last call to give up and cancel the last haul away never actually canceled so I got three early AM calls trying to confirm what Home Depot failed tn handle properly. I will try to never shop at Home Depot ever again. Just horrible service for one of their "pro" customers. I am so disappointed. That said I LOVE the Samsung Appliances I FINALLY got after a 3 month shopping ordeal.

The gentleman helping us learn about and choose a Christmas Tree was very accommodating. He and his colleague loaded the tree into the back of our car, world-class service!
