even though I didn't ask for it I had 2 different people come up and asked me if they could help me find the items, and everybody was really friendly. WAY TO GO FOLKS, that was a good job.

I love this store. it may be in a small town but when it comes to customer service and hospitality they are awesome. My home depots better than yours.

Talk the project over with them even if you feel you already know what you need. I did and staff saved me over one hundred dollars and time.

The associate in electrical restocked bulk wire from the inventory of prepackaged wire to meet my needs without having to get approval. I had been unable to get that at another home improvement store under identical circumstances.

Nelda did an excellent job of color matching another brand of paint, knows the products she sells,and wants to help the customer, always with a smile on her face.

The store was well stocked and clean as is typical of the Mt. Pleasant, TX Home Depot Store, never cluttered. Today I had wonderful assistance by Harvell in Plumbing/Bath section. However when he is not there I really do not care to shop here.

I went to Home Depot Mt Pleasant TX to purchase a bulb for my Black & Decker flashlight. They did not have the one I needed, I had to settle for an off brand bulb. I was not happy about that. But the blub did work, just not real sure how long it will last.

Home Depot had the exact item that we were looking for.

My husband and I love to shop at this store. It is always very neat and clean and the associates are always outstanding. There are always new items to look at and the prices are very good.

Good choice of wood products and quality. Clean store and friendly associates. Prices for appliances seem to be in line with other businesses and often less expensive for same product.

We were in Mt Pleasant and bought behr paint at the Home Depot, all of the associates were very friendly, the only complaint I had is it was very inconvenient to have to take the time, which we had limited time, to drive to longview tx to get paint, because this store was out of base. i dont think if your manager was doing there job, they would ever run out of base. there were 3 other people in the store at the same time and we all bought paint the day before and it was fine, then we started our projects and then could not buy paint to finish over the weekend with out having to make the drive to longview. this should never happen if you want to please your customers and want them to continue trading with home depot.

I have remodled a home in the last few years and I went to Home Depot for several things, I purchased my front door from there and the lady that helped was Dawn and she was wonderfull. Dawn made sure I was completely satisfied. I always buy my plants from Home Depot, they always looks so healthy, I highly recommed there Garden center. I recently purchased a new LG Washer and Dryer and I am extremly happy with it. Thanks Home Depot for all my home needs.
