I have been a devoted customer of this store from the year it opened. Over the last couple of years I have seen a clear downward shift in customer service and the culture of this store. It has become a toxic and self focused culture. I feel that they to do not appreciate the cutstomers that walk in the door. They forgot who/what funds their paychecks. My last experience was horrible. I spent about an hour in the store filling my card and NOT ONE employee looked at me, acknowledged me, said hello or offered assistance. I was one of only a few customers in the store at the time. All they were doing were laughing and socializing, counting the minutes until closing and stocking shelves. It made me so mad. I would rather give my future business to the brand new Menards in Vernon Hills.

Andy was very helpful. He listened to my ideas for the shelving I wanted to do in my home closet/pantry. He gave great advice and tips!

This location offers excellent customer service every time we go (about once a week) for years - we will enjoy going there for as long as we can.

The employees as this store are ALWAYS friendly and efficient! When we moved into our home 4.5 years ago, we did a lot of remodeling. We bought flooring, kitchen cabinets, doors, shutters and all our appliances. Home Depot #6981 in Mundelein was and still is our go-to store!

The service i noticed was above and beyond my expectations. Zulma, at the customer service desk was very informative of the system and did an excellent job in a very short time with a very nice smile.

I went to ask about my two garage door replacement.Paul and Tim provided me with all helpful information,quality and price wise.They helped me to take the right decision and buy the two custom garage doors. There are SO many sales associated that are always walking around. They are kind and knowledgeable, and happy to help. The store has a great selection and is very clean and organized. We always shop here and always leave with what we were looking for (and usually other items we didn't know we needed!)

BEST PLACE TO SHOP!!

We had a wonderful worker named Don B. who helped us for a good 15 minutes. The customer services was absolutely amazing. We have kids with special needs and my husband is Deaf and he didn't rush us at all. He joked and played with our children to make them feel comfortable and made it a wonderful experience for us all.
