Pretty busy place. There have been times in the past I’ve waited 30 plus to get a pallet of concrete 80 lb bags loaded. But when they could get to me they were doing there best and working non stop, sadly Home Depot was one of the big box chains during and after covid with the severe cost of living increase around here that refused to pay their people accordingly. And sometimes it shows. This location has been able to keep key people in tools, electrical, plumbing, hardware, lighting , management and most importantly on the pro desk that make it easier to get things done. Hope you can keep these people. They are worth it on you’re bottom line, will be sending in a letter to corporate soon detailing a full year of coordination from these people while building.

I was building a deck and finding the correct sizes was a chore. Carl stepped up and made selecting the wood easier. A lady at the register was great as well but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I will next time I go!! Thanks folks at HD!

I purchased a GE frost free freezer and am happy as can be! It almost didn’t happen because the freezer had gone off sale and I was prepared to leave without buying. But, Laura, suggested she try to get an approval on meeting the prior sale price from the day before and it was approved. I was so happy and thankful she was knowledgeable and caring to try for me. The freezer is beautiful and has so many nice features! The glass shelves and drawers space is fantastic! I love the outside temperature control and the alert when the door has been open. It is a perfect addition as I enjoy gardening and it is filling up quickly. Thank you Home Depot! You made me a happy gal!

I replaced all my smoke detectors in my home. I had several associates great me and Home Depot app is very helpful!

Every time that I have been at the Murfreesboro store, you could not ask for a better experience the people there are super super great they are what make that store

The supervisor I spoke to on the phone,Taylor,was absolutely amazing. She knew how far away I lived,but also knew how serious I was about finding a Grand Duchess tree. They were sold out everywhere else I called to. She made sure the one on display was readily available for me so I could make the purchase & go pick it up. She took extremely great care of me,listened to me,but she also made the impossible happen. My girlfriend has been trying to get one of these trees for 4 years. Thank you again,Taylor!

Problems with the shipping company, also the staff at HD had trouble with them.

Weekends at this store are way too busy. Parking is hard to find, associates to help are hard to find, and often no checkouts except self-checkouts are available. Not my favorite store or location. It's not their fault. It's just this side of town has one Home Depot when they need 3 more!

Need more ideas for veterans discounts not just a few.

I come here often, and always have a good experience. I always get helped when I ask.

The 2 guys were wonderful and came prepared to do it and pretty quickly. I would recommend!

Laurie Berry was great in our purchase of new appliances.

Very clean store shelves for most part were full. I can find my way around so I don’t need slot of help. I can say that I encountered at least 4 associates during my shopping and not one greeted my wife and I which I found unusual. Everyone seemed more focused on straightening out shelves and not customers.

My wife and I own a few rental homes in Murfreesboro. Because of your service team I have be coming to Home Depot more often.

Store was very cluttered with displayed blocking aisles and main walking areas.

Bought a lawn mower and had it delivered next day. The delivery went fine. Lawn mowers brakes do not work at all, the mower started smoking after turning on, and we found a birds nest underneath the mower where the wiring is.

I visit the store to get many items and during my trip there is an employee his name is Jeremy he working at garden area he been with me at many section and advised me alot and I want to thank him about what he did. He is a amazing person

Employee stated if you want a cart you go outside and get one. We don’t bring them inside anymore.

Employees are always nice and helpful, stored is clean and organized.

Can't seem to ever get anyone to assist at this store, especially loading into your vehicle.

We found a good quality refrigerator at a fair price. The sales associate actually had product knowledge and was friendly and helpful.

I routinely shop at this store and find the shelves organized, the selection good and the store clean. The staff is happy, smiling and act as if they are genuinely happy to be there and have me shopping in the store. I find their positive attitude to be a rare find these days and it leaves me glad I went. That is a rare find in my shopping experiences these days.

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I have shopped in. Employees seem more motivated and helpful. Maybe is that there is a competitor right down the street that helps. I noticed that the prices match to the penny on many items. The advantage this store has is they will rip plywood for you. I don't have a truck so this is necessary for me and the reason I prefer Home Depot. At other stores, the saw would be out of service or there was no one available. This store has been no problem so far.
