Went in to look for a leaf blower and found a young man that helped me to decide. He knew his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised at all the help we received today. Found a good price on a tool box. It was a good day to be in the Depot.

i came in needing to get some drywall and other supplies. home depot had everything i needed and Terri checked me out quickly and was very helpful and kind during the whole process!

First, I had to search the garden area to find a flat bed cart. Then, I had to go back out to the parking lot to get a flat bed cart. I used the app to find my desired product in the store. The bay was empty, but the inventory showed hundreds in stock. The cashier wouldn't check out the item without confirmation that it was in stock. I waited in the back for a garden center employee to come. No one did, so I went back up to the cashier. She had to call for someone more than once. Help finally arrived. She had to go find Brian. Brian had to go find the pallet. I had to go back to the empty bay. Instead of putting the pallet of sand where it belonged, it was left in the middle of the isle. Then all the employees left the area, so that I had to load 10 bags of paver sand by myself onto the flatbed cart. Cashier did not ask if I wanted help loading. You would be better ordering online and doing in-store pickup, to avoid waiting forever for help or just not getting any.

Honestly I don't generally write bad reviews, but this issue irked me. Received a welcome to the neighborhood coupon of 15% off any purchase (up to $200.) Expiration date listed as today (& verified several times this week to make sure we didn't miss this great deal.) Tried to use it at store & was denied; reason provided was that coupon expired at midnight last night - despite showing today's date. This came from a manager, so no one further to escalate to. Bizarre company logic, and further, bad practice of bringing people in w/ an offer & then classic "bait & switch" to trap you into paying more.

I purchased a tube of all purpose wood filler for the nail holes in one of the walls in the kitchen of my apartment, a tape measure that extends to sixteen feet, and a twenty-ounce bottle of lemonade from one of the coolers near the cash registers.

I went in.. by myself, my husband was not able to come. Mmm Laurie B was very helpful and took her time with me!

This store had exactly what we were looking for. We had previously looked online but really wanted to "look, touch and feel". The appliances we were interested in were on display so made our decision easier.

Everything is going down hill with customer service these days and it’s really sad.

I purchased the LG appliance package. It was a great price. It was so good, before I got home, I went back and purchased a GE washer and dryer. No need to run all over town. RON

I went in looking for a seasonal item. Although they were out, a couple different employees helped me look for things and gave me correct pricing. After my purchase, an employee also helped me carry out a large item. Way to go Home Depot Murfreesboro!

I have shopped there since store number 0707 first opened here in Murfreesboro, TN. and will always shop there. From plumbing to plants, from lumber and concrete to John Deere mowers weed wackers they have it all, combine that with friendly helpful associates, and you have a great experience, and no, I don't work there. I am just grateful to be able to shop there for my needs.

Whilst in the store for approximately 30 minutes I noticed a clerk paging for help. So many times that another shopper and i looked at each other and said "I think they need help in carpet cutting area" I then passed the area on my way to check out and they did indeed appear to be struggling. 8 that's right, EIGHT other employees were just hanging out up towards the self check out. When I mentioned the multiple pages these 3 chick's just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Then went back to their chit-chat. Didn't do anything

You can go buy about anything you want anywhere. But in saying that the store in Murfreesboro was great. The one thing that stood out was the police officer that was walking the store. You don’t see that everywhere and I appreciate them having an officer inside the store.

I’m sick of looking on line at this store and almost everything I want I have to either drive to usually Smyrna or Nashville or order on line! I’m not driving that far for a couple little though and most of the time I need it now or before the days it would get here! Plus maybe I want to see and touch it to see if it’s worth the money!

LaBrisco (B) was the sales person, Rudy was the manager, Andrew loaded the Jeep. They were all amazing especially LaBrisco who was patient and full of knowledge.

I have found the Murfreesboro, TN Home Depot Nursery to have everything I need to create a lovely ambiance in my yard and gardens. The flowers are healthy, and the stones for borders to garden areas are reasonably priced add personality to the spaces in my yard.

I started shopping seriously at The Home Depot in Murfreesboro when I was remodeling my kitchen a number of years ago. From that time forward I have found the representatives throughout the store to be helpful and courteous at all times.

I shop here at least twice a week or more and every visit is easy. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist. The products are always easy to find and always stocked.

I have been working with Dan for about two years on a residential cabinet project that is finally coming to fruition. He is excellent! A true professional with great ideas design work, and follow through. I can highly recommend him for residential cabinets!
