This review is specific for my visit today. I was having a bad day dealing with lots of stressful life stuff.. But the friendly employees of Home Depot were able to help me with my project and my mood. Especially Terri in returns she was so friendly and helpful. Thank you again for everything

We scheduled cabinet refacing, flooring installation, and new countertops. It was a pleasure working with the staff at this Home Depot!

Shop here and have always had great service. I always ask “where can I find (this or that) and always get an answer or help that I need. No run around. Store is clean and employees are friendly and always helpful.

Nice clean store and staff were professional and helpful.....Supplies are improving.....the garden section is quite large and has a variety of plants.....quite nice.

Great customer service. Catherine at the register went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of a microwave and she was amazing.

Rental section was a joke. Two kids behind the counter completely clueless of what to do. Bethany was so rude giving attitude and rolling eyes at any question. Even cut me off mid question to answer the phone completely unprofessional. Salvador was friendly but didn't have knowledge for recommendations. Bethany needs a refresher course in customer service and how to address customers. The heroes of this store are Rylon, Gene, Stevie T, and Cloe. They care about customers and was proactive in finding a solution. Thank you for helping us.

Store was like any other Home Depot. Knew where to go to find what I needed. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Friendly, courteous and met my needs!!

Our cashier was amazing! She went out of her way to help us purchase our full kitchen suite. Very knowledgeable and patient!

The store was very clean and had the most helpful and courteous employees. It had an outstanding garden center selection of plants and flower pots.

Although this was not our first time shopping at this particular store, I can say we will not be returning to this particular store anytime soon. The customer service we received by "Terri" in returns was the worst (to say the least). She was straight out rude and had such a bad attitude. It almost seemed like she was being forced help customers (at least us). It was so bad I'm not even sure if she rang up everything we were returning. She was ringing things up and just throwing them back in the cart, in a fed up way, together with rest of the things were returning that we couldn't tell what was rung up and what was not. And she just looked more than annoyed to be helping us. The only reason we went to this location is because we were in the area and I told my husband to return the items there instead of our local Home Depot.

Ryan the associate was extremely helpful! He helped us find our product, and when it was our he went and got it off a pallet it the back. He also explained how to use the product. Extremely refreshing to have someone who was so willing to help and be so kind. Thank you so much Ryan! Will be back to shop again. Home Depot give that man a raise! He’s your all star!

great Customer service very friendly

I am participating in this survey to recognize a young employee in the paint department of my local Home Depot, "Maddi" who went to great lengths to color match an older Glidden paint that I needed. I appreciate the fact that Maddi did not stop at "Okay," but kept going until she achieved "Excellent" in matching my color. I also appreciate the fact that there were 2-3 employees on duty in the paint department, which allowed employees to provided maximum customer service and not be rushed.

I came back today because of how Hussain was with me when I came last week. Was sad when I asked for him and they told me he was off today. Great young man. They should all learn from him.

Hussain was the best. I will come back to HOME DEPOT because of HUSSAIN.... So professional and needs to be a manager. Everyone should learn from him.

We come to the store almost daily because we've got several projects going on in our house. I've had one or two minor issues but generally speaking, the staff is exceptional. Particularly today, Teresa was extremely helpful with an issue that I had going on with a board that was cut.

Absolutely horrible employees in the paint department who work there, Todd specifically is very rude and unhelpful!. I watched him talk down to a lady who was just asking general questions before he decided to get all rude and defensive with me. More employees should be like Christine in CS, I'm just sorry she had to clean up (smooth over) another employees mess.

Had the worse customer service at the Murrieta Ca store. Came in to purchase a washing machine and after purchase was told there’s a dolly you can use. I asked if this is do it yourself and I was told yes that the associate Lori was too old to help and there was nobody else to help. The absolute worse customer service. I do not recommend this store.

Poor customer service, Items out of stock per staff, but when I checked the items were there on the shelf.

We received excellent customer service from Taylor at the Return Desk. It made our shopping much easier and pleasant.
