Excellent paint department team. I recommend Lynette as a top notch sales associate with great knowledge and expert project ideas, utilizing paint. She can educate you on techniques and time/money saving options so pick her brain.

a lot of options

This Home Depot is closer to us and easier to get to than the one in our city (Temecula). I really like the Behr paint and don't care for Valspar paint even though there is a Lowe's just a few hundred yards from my home. I am always finding interesting things at Home Depot. I may not buy them because I'm not young anymore and I don't need any more tools, etc.

Buying a new home brings enough challenges, both expected and unexpected. Personalizing that home can bring an avalanche of headaches when dealing with choosing options, getting it designed, ordered, delivered and installed. Home Depot is a one-stop shop that I found to be headache-free! You may get a better price going with handymen or other "Bubbas" you can get to do the work; but from my experience, they are not all reliable. I was more than willing to pay a little extra for the peace of mind of Home Depot doing whatever it takes to uphold its stellar reputation. I had flooring installed through HD, cabinetry built and purchased everything I needed for move-in incidentals. In the future, even if I end up not using Home Depot for other upgrades, they'll always be my first source. Thanks for making my move amazing!

Amazing customer service by Dan. He assisted asked numerous times in the store regardless if it was his department or not he always took care of our needs

The store is super easy to navigate the employees are very attentive and helpful with your needs but my cashier Destiny was the icing on the cake super happy and bubbly made the visit better had me in and out of the line super fast

We bought 4 appliances at Home Depot in Murrieta the other day, and Ms. Dionne, who is one of the workers there, was very nice and helpful. She explained everything about the product very well. After 2 days I saw that the prices of some of the products I bought dropped, so we went back to Home Depot for a Price Match. Mr. Nick, the Manager, was very nice and said he will adjust everything after they deliver the appliances. The reason I gave a 4 star rating was because they had me come back to the store to adjust the price, rather than them doing it themselves right away.

Customer service for returns is very slow... Try to avoid coming to this store for customer returns... During Christmas season there needs to be more than one person at the counter handling returns.

Great store with quality employees. I'm a new handyman in town and the paint department really wowed me by taking their time to help me find what I was looking for, answer my questions, and give me great suggestions.

It was a good experienced overall my cashier was very helpful and courteous. Lily Guzman did a great job in helping me and explaining things about your products.

The store was very clean and all the products were very easy to find on display, the employees always been courteous and very helpful trying to give you a helping hand, and doing the job with the smile on their face, which is nice to have that kind of working and shopping environment.

I don't typically shop at Home Depot because of the location. However, there was something in particular that I needed and found it here. The times that I've shopped HD, I've always had great customer service. The staff were not only friendly but helpful; that being said, I will definitely come back.
