I just bought a cub cadet riding mower a ryobi trimmer, ramps for my shed

We miss Carol everybody else that’s there is great also. Below is a custom built in we specialize in kitchens and baths and Home Depot helps us complete that.

I stopped in for a simple pick up for order. I placed online and in the process decided to order a shed. Your staff was more than helpful, including all the way through your managerial staff to ensure that my order was done correctly and the way that I wanted to be I can’t ask for more than that!!!!

I arrived at the appliance area and was greeted almost immediately. The sales associate, Michael, was helpful and knowledgeable. His professionalism was the reason I purchased three major appliances from Home Depot after visiting other stores.

I went to home depot like I always do, looking for flooring this time. As usual, not disappointed with the knowledge and personal customer service I always get. I want to mention Matt, Floor specialist, Austin Floor specialist and Johnny, Floor DH for great customer service and help. Talking with them I feel like I've known them for years. Very personable, nice smiles, smart employees. Thank you so much!

I am helping to install a vinyl fence and we needed some carbide reciprocating saw blades to cut tree roots underground. HD had what I needed and I purchased 6 blades. They work perfectly.

Associates/workers always friendly and willing to help , a clear and logic layout threw the store that help finding all you need.

Better training and questions on computer to ask customers before sale since no one knows much and has to ask a supervisor. There was 15% a sale on installation but wasn’t on computer and supervisor had to manually figure 15% and had to back out sale on labor.

NOT AS GOOD AS THE MURRELLS INLET STORE

On several occasions I have been disappointed with this store location. The website says the store has a particular item in stock, but neither the store associate or me are able to locate the product. This has happened several times. If you walk around the stores yu can see many shelves inadequately stocked or empty. Very disappointing.

Staff was very courteous and helpful.

I did shop for two bathrooms by helping from the helper to get to carry big boxes and kindly helped to the truck and was really very happy about those items

Greg in the storm door department was excellent to work with.

During this visit I interacted with two employees. The first employee was in the Lightning Department who knew the exact location of the specialty light bulb that I wanted to purchase. The second employee was at the self check out counter. When an item I wanted to purchase (a discounted item) scanned at a higher price than shown on the shelf sign, the self check out attendant immediately called over another employee that stopped what he was doing and went to the items location and verified the discounted price. The self check out attendance adjusted the price accordingly. I would like to add that during this visit I looked at lightning fixtures and closet shelving units. Three (3) other employees approached me and asked if I needed any assistance locating anything. And lastly, on my way out the door another employee thanked me for shopping there that day.

Glad to pick up some seeds from my fall garden. Not every place has them still at this time of year which is august

Associates were very helpful in getting items we were looking for.

Commenting on 2 deliveries, both guys Roadie and Everest kept me informed of their arrival time. They were both very friendly and unloaded supplies quickly. Careful to not damage walls bringing items in.

I purchased a majority of my tools here. The specials and deals seem to come right on time.

Every time I come into this store it is well stocked, neat and items are usually well marked and easy to find. If you need help, you can count on an employee walking by willing to help. Very nice store.

We were impressed, actually amazed how we were treated and the effort put in by our Home Depot employee Greg Lillich in the door department. We are putting in special order doors for our home and Greg patiently took us through a myriad of ideas and illustrations until we settled on a choice. Greg arranged for a installer named Jeff who also was terrific to take the needed measurements. Also the ladies at the checkout were great helping us sign up for a credit card and enrolling as a veteran program. Very, very happy and certainly satisfied. Thank you. J Dean. .

This store needs more employees, can’t seem to find any employees when you need them. Have to find someone from another department to help if you can find an employee.

I couldn’t find the item that I was looking for, and Kevin went out of his way to help me. I am very thankful for his kindness.

This store is always organized and clean. There are a lot of employees who are willing to help you find items.

They should have told me it would take 2 months to deliver.

Greg L in millwork was probably the most knowledgable and helpful person we have ever found in a big box type store. He was very helpful in assisting us to select a door and explain the different features. Luckily when we actually went back on the 2nd visit to place the order for the door Greg was there to assist us with the process and took very good care of us. Now we just hope the rest of this project goes as well. Thanks Greg!

I buy at this store very often. Things are always in stock, for both landscaping and remodeling inside and outside.

We shop here a lot and are very happy with the selections

The times I have gone for purchases it was easy to find an employee to help and all were exceptional I’ve had deliveries from online purchases and both in store and online have been great
