The two guys in appliances John and Ron were knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. They were willing to price match and were sympatric to my situation.

This is one of the best Home Depots I have shopped in. The customer service is exceptional. (But be patient with them and they are patient with you.) I have needed assistance a few times and each time, the Customer Service representatives have been very helpful. When looking for items, there is always an employee nearby to tell you what isle something is in or they will even help you find the item you need!

Home Depot at Myrtle Beach SC is one of the best stores that I have been.I am a patron from time to time the only reason I did not give 5 star excellent is ,the prices and choice ,for example built in Shower assemblies are only two or three model we need to see more of choices , if cheaper pricing it would be EXCELLENT

I was there mainly to return and exchange items. The process was handled smoothly and efficiently. The customer service representative was very courteous and very professional in helping me.

Recent visits to this store show huge improvements from late fall 2015 when we last visited this Homedepot.

We were visiting a relative to help with some garden projects. Sales associate April was very helpful, making good suggestions and answering our questions. The garden center was well maintained with a nice variety of healthy plants.

The Store was neat and clean, We found what we needed, and Ken in lawn and garden was exceptional, he went above and beyond what was needed. And Jane the cashier was awesome and friendly

Needed to return an item purchased at another Home Depot location. Monica handled our return professionally and efficiently. Very pleasant experience. This location is a very well run organizations that cares about the consumer.

this store is a great HD- like always... associate that helped us pull and cut the wood we wanted was great!!! my husband was in an electric chair and the associate jumped right out to help us get what we came for. wonderful customer service!! thank you HD for hiring such good people!!

I have been shopping for a nice floor standing tool chest and found one that meets all of my requirements at the Home Depot. Mutiple sales associates assisted me during my visit and I didn’t have to go looking for someone to answer my questions. There were plenty of knowledgeable staff on the floor. I found the perfect tool chest for my needs and it was $300 less than in a competing home Improvement store and comparable in quality and dimensions. The cashier was very engaging, attentive, accommodating, and highly interested in my satisfaction. I couldn’t be more pleased with my shopping experience. And delivery will be in just two days when I will be home on Saturday. I am very happy to give Home Depot 5 stars for their products and service.

The employees are friendly and strive to get answers to questions if they personally lack the knowledge about products. Most products are readily available and those not stocked in-store can be ordered online.

There was absolutely no reason for Jutta not to know that my shutters were touching her and that I was directly in front of her the entire time.

Mike, Karen, Alfredo, LaVern, Rachel are just a few of the more than helpful employee's. I like the fact that you have older employee's as well. They are doing a great job, some one in the organization had a good idea there. They know more than the younger employee's and have a great attitude.

this Home Depot had store employees to help. this is the most helpful location I've found.

A wonderful place to shop. Great people, if you need paint go see Alfredo, when you cash out go see Roseanne. Store clean, well stocked, nice and knowledgeable employees.
