The employees at Home Depot in North Fayette went above & beyond to help me with my DIY flooring project. Charles in flooring was always available to answer my questions or concerns. From the time I walked in to the flooring dept.- until they loaded my purchase in my SUV- they were there for me! Now that was friendly service!

I visited this home depot for flooring. The salesperson was helpful. During the checkout process we were told flooring material can only be delivered via a box truck and not small flat beds. There were flatbed truck delivery available in 2 days (on 11/29), but they scheduled us for a box truck delivery on 12/7 almost 9 days after. But interestingly, the items were delivered using a small FLATBED truck only. I could have done that myself and save some money!! I lost precious time to be able to complete the work before Christmas, very frustrating!!

visited the store twice. Once to get samples and then to order. The staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and even followed up by phone to confirm delivery details

The gentleman that greeted was very helpful and had my interest in mind. He took me to every item and apologized for not having an item on stock. He even helped me load my truck and thanked me for shopping Home Depot and invited me back. Home Depot is a Great place to shop! Thank-you!

The delivery was on time and the guys put the dryer in my basement.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t the deck railing in stock. However the fellow at the Pro desk was very helpful in ordering what I needed. NOW if it arrives by said date, I will be happy. I know the Chippewa store has it but that’s a long drive. Thanks Pro Service

Evan at customer went above and beyond to help me get my order in since the online tool wasn’t working properly. Thank you for having him there.

Needed a DEWALT nailer and was able to get help quickly by scanning the QR code on the aisle. Makes shopping so much easier when everything has to be locked up.

If you need something and they stock it and it’s the closest hardware store to you, you might as well try. But you need to know exactly what you need and exactly where it’s at. Don’t be fooled by the associates wearing orange aprons, they’re just for show. It’s considered extremely rude to talk to them or ask for help. Picture a perpetually disappointed father berating for you for asking a question you should have known the answer to, and you’ll get the general feel of the place. But I guess if you have to…

The garden center is always well cared for and stocked.

I was not returning anything at the service desk, I should have been transfer to the appliance section. this Evan created a big mess.

I purchased an interior door lock, then priced it at other local Home Depot stores for $5 less. I would have thought prices would be consistent, same area, same county.

The 40 lb of cow manure and compose contained a lot of sticks, a few large rocks and plastic fragments. I paid extra for the "better" soil amendment and I still received a poor product. I gave this review a 3 star because no bags were torn.

We bought many 6 ft arborvitae which are cash and carry. An employee helped us load them into our truck. He was willing and polite, as were all of the employees from checkout, to Pro-Services to Customer Service.

Needed to “fix” an Aldi’s furniture piece bought and assembled by my daughter. The legs on the inexpensive piece were waaay out of whack. Had great help figuring a solution and finding the parts. Legs are fixed (solution worked). Home Depot gave me significant time and help for an $11 parts order. Will def go back and next order I’m sure will be waaaay more than $11

Living within the Pittsburgh Metro, I have my choice of a half dozen different Home Depot‘s, however, North Fayette always seems to have what I need and if not, they will get it to the store if I call ahead of time

Product was great, the 3rd party delivery service was horrible, none of the deliveries were complete, also some items broken. Still trying to resolve it

Picked up my new sink and the box was falling apart. Got it to the counter top place and it was broken. Like someone looked at it but sent it anyhow

I made a purchase. Used a debit card and left. did not give name, email, phone number. you associated my card to an email address and emailed me a survey. Are you tracking my purchases to me without a loyalty code? I purposely choose to be private. i shouldn’t get emails by simply using a debit/credit card. i can’t think of one other store who does that. i find it intrusive. Too much tracking.

Butt carpeting wrong color went back to the store they told me that's what I bought there's nothing I could do to me

Never disappointed at the N Fayette HD

This location is out of stock on items you will be able to find at any other location. It almost never fails that stock is regular, honestly chronicly, out of stock at this location. Collier and Ross are almost always a better stocked store. If you don't have time to search online to make sure the store has your needed supplies, your better off going to another location if the travel time difference is not too much different. Trust me.

I almost always find what I need here. I also love how friendly the staff are and for the most part, the customers are also pleasant. A perk is I’ve brought my puppy I. And it’s helped tremendously with socialization as he’s going to be around carpentry

First of all thank you for bringing the coffee back it was unnecessary to ever remove it. Katherine at the lumber register is great and Troy is a walking directory of the store. Bryan is always a great help as the pro loader guy.
