Great store with great employees and conveniently located.

Everytime you go into the store every Department salesperson acknowledges you you don't have to wait around for help if you need it and this is an extremely friendly store to shop at.

They keep most items in stock and at a fair price

Great customer service from Charles S and our cashier Cassandra. Charles went above and beyond to help and Cassie answered all of our questions and made certain that our shopping needs were attended to.

We were looking for a particular LG refrigerator , I couldn't find it in other leading stores but finally found it at The Home Depot. The salesperson was very helpful .

We came from out of state to pick up tile that our store did not have and this store was the only one in a 100 mile radius to have some. We could not locate the tile and a gentleman went and found it for us. At check out the price rang up higher than the normal price from our store but we also paid a clearance price. Charles in customer service was more than helpful to help us with this situation and made an adjustment to the price. You cant not ask for better customer service. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Everyone in the store was very welcoming and helped expedite checking me out when one line was busy with a family will several small items. I will definitely return to this store.

This store is very accommodating, helpful and go out of their way to meet you needs! Everyone seems to have a smile on their face and asks may I help you? They even will load your car if you ask. I am very satisfied with the customer service!

This store is always clean and I am able to find the products I am looking for very easily. Great customer service, I am always greeted with a smile or Can I help you? I had ordered something and was unable to put it together myself I took it into this store and a store employee without hesitation put it together. I believe they are customer focus and customer driven.

I prefer to shop at this store because it has enough employees to help me. Usually at other store you can not find an employee to help. Went there today for fencing questions and Jim in Pro Service was very helpful. He printed information that would assist me with my project.

Customer service is stellar. I have been to this store every weekend for the past two months regarding home renovations and the staff has always been very knowledgable and kind.

I have shopped at this store many times over the years. While I have come across several nice and efficient employees over the years... I have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 12 years. I used to only shop at their competitors store but found out how well I'm treated here, so I changed stores. Home Depot is my favorite toy store..

Always a great store to shop. Usually well-stocked, well-organized. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable, but frequently you'll have to stroll the aisles to find help.

I had a great experience ordering thru the Pro Desk! Not necessarily easy for a woman to be taken seriously in a project manager role. But Rich was patient, He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed to fit my budget.

Prices advertised on their website were not honored in store.

Stove which I paid cash for based on delivery date provided by Home Depot. On del date I.was informed that they would not be delivering due to it being on back order. What? So i go in and talk to a manager the Sun after the stove was to be delivered who tells me they will call me on Monday. Today 6/22 a very rude mrg basically told me that my stove would not be delivered until the following Monday. Which means two weeks after purchased and 9 days after original del date. This caused me to cancel two important emgagements that required me to cook. Home Depots handling their error was unprofessional. I will not be shopping there again and will inform my friends of their rudeness
