I bought this a month ago its very nice i can store more and more stuff inside

I thought I got a fair price on an oven/microwave combo unit back at the first of the month, but arranging installation through Home Depot made it a headache. The independent subcontractor they finally assigned did a good install, but Home Depot overcharged by a factor of 3. Finally today after meeting with the store manager, I believe they've issued a refund to correct the mistake. There's been no offer (or allusion to any offer) to compensate me in any way for the bad service, protracted delivery or their bad faith in overcharging.

No one smiled or sppoke

When I went to the self-checkout I was assisted by Kassandra and she was very friendly and helpful. Two of the items I was purchasing were from the Garden Department and there was no pricing of either item, these items were seasonal pumpkins. Kassandra was able to get the pricing from the department manager in a very timely manner and assisted in helping to complete my purchase. I appreciate her professionalism and assistance. I want to take a moment to recognize Nick for the extraordinary service he provided during my visit today. His assistance went far above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at any store. From the very beginning, Nick guided me through finding the exact products I needed and even took the time to help cut large wood planks to the right size. He carefully selected and organized all of the materials I required, helped me through checkout, and even walked with me to load everything into my car. As a woman with little to no experience in home renovations, this kind of thoughtful, hands-on support made a world of difference to me. I am deeply grateful for the care and dedication Nick showed, and I sincerely hope he is recognized for his exceptional work. It was also wonderful to see the respect and admiration both his fellow employees and other customers had for him. Nick is clearly a valued team member, and Home Depot is very lucky to have him. Be careful and check your receipt BEFORE leaving as I was given a locked up item that was incorrect and rang up $50 more than expected and the return/purchase of correct item took an extra half hour dealing with poorly trained and unapolegetic/unfriendly team at the "customer service' registers.

This Home Depot store is convenient and the employees are always helpful and the shelves are usually well stocked.

I’ve shopped several stores over the years but this is my favorite one.

Great people help novices, like me, to get the correct product for the particular task.

The more you are there you get to know the staff. They greet and treat you like you are family. The store is a smooth operation and I don’t have any problems Col USAF, (Ret)

The employees at the Duluth store are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Randy (Santa Randy) found us as we looked at products on the shelf. He showed us alternate products that better suited our needs, helped us by loading those products and showed us to the cashier. Customer service better than the last decade at this Home Depot!

Stopped by this store (my usual location) to pickup a pressure-trrated board for my deck. They had a good selection, and we were in and out in just a few minutes. Quick and friendly checkout, too.

This Home Depot has the best pro account sales associate for all of your needs.Ask for Munaza at the pro desk. I was looking for composite decking, quite a substantial investment with many different offerings online and a large order. I picked out several items and she was able to give me several different options in a timely fashion.Ive had several larger n smaller purchases from this store over the past year.I can’t say enough about how helpful Munaza was on this purchase and others in the past.

Your main aisle is always cluttered with product making it crowded and difficult to maneuver with or without carts. The main aisles were made that wide for a reason.🔥

I visit this store frequently for items for minor home repairs or tools. I am always greeted by employees who are available and very helpful in finding tools or materials. There is always an employee at the checkout desk to help a non-computer person checkout.

From the smallest to the largest appliances we are treated with kindness and personal attention.

I placed a pretty significant order through the mobile App. After receiving notification that the order was complete, I went to the store and followed the instructions to enter a parking spot number. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I had to go inside to see if I could get a store manager to assist. No Manager could be found, eventually after a total wait of 55 minutes, Customer service was able to find my order and provide it to me.

If you are a business owner ask about the Home Depot Pro Xtra. It is worth it to set it up. You will accrue rewards. So worth it. It is not a credit card. You accrue rewards with every purchase.

Never shopping at this home depot again

I have gone to kitchen department 4 times this year and still haven’t gotten started with my 30,000 dollar project because no one seems interested because they have NO skin in the Game..

I bought a dryer over 1year ago. It has never worked properly. Home Depot store management will not recognize my implied rights under Georgia law. I have been a faithful customer and am not being treated with respect.

I am having a severe back and leg pain, was unable to stand and walk long. Have requested the associate in lumber to help lifting and cut the a small 2'x4' ply for me. He asked me to get the sheets to the machine. Also after cutting the board, I asked him to get me a cart and help me till the check out, he moved from the place without helping me or listening me. I dragged the ply till front counter. At the counter I asked the lady to help me to get the cart and help me check out. Fortunately she got the cart and scanned them but did not help me to put those on to the cart. Felt so pity and helpless, and moved out from the store in a pain. Worst experience ever.

The recent review I left regarding a screen door was bought on line. Not at this store but this review was prompted by that purchase.....

The store is pretty great. The inventory is great. Most of the employees are approachable and friendly. You have a few that try to avoid you, but that is basically anywhere. My overall consensus of this store is it great it’s close to my house so I’m very familiar with it.
