Jeff Meadows is an outstanding employee, we shop many other home depot locations and Lowes. But Jeff's Mills works (Door/Windows) knowledge, attention to detail, patient, great attitude, quick follow up, willing to listen to our needs. It helps us in choosing right doors for us. We ordered 6 external doors this time and will order a lot more internal doors in next few months. Jim is also a great partner to Jeff, both of them make this purchase very successfully and enjoyable. Kudos to them.

Domonique Bartley in carpeting was both knowledgeable and very sweet!

I wouldn't shop anywhere else, I always find what I need from Home Depot.

Employees are a cut above at this Home Depot. The all seem to be more friendly and eager to help the customer than some of the other HDs I shop at in the area. I actually enjoy shopping at this HD. Good work, Home Depot!

Very helpful staff

This HD has the best service. I am always offered assistance. Recently I bought a pallet of firewood and planned to off load the pallet and load the wood piece at a time into the back of my Suburban. The cashier offered a suggestion to get a forklift to try to load it without doing it a piece at a time. Three HD guys brought a forklift and were able to place the pallet right into my Suburban. This was made difficult because the truck has a rear lift hatch. The leader of the crew, Alphonso, figured out an ingenious way to work around this impediment and was able to get the pallet loaded - avoiding me having to bust open the pallet and load one piece a time a time. Smart, helpful, friendly and happy to give me a hand.

I think you should have more employees that would seek customers out and ask them if they need any help. I always have to go find someone myself. And sometimes that is not easy

This store is great & wonderful. Nice location, enough stock and competitive prices. Associates are very helpful & knowledgeable. Fantastic.

I like this store because the "specialists" do have knowledge of their products and are willing to share it with me. The "specialists" are not always in the right departments in that I had to go to a person in the tool rental department to get help with a plumbing issue.

We shop here regularly since this store opened. Great service, friendly employees are normal in this store. Hilda in appliance department is very knowledgeable and helped us buy a new microwave and refrigerator. Came for the microwave but left with a new refrigerator too. Have used the tool rental department many times for equipment I need for a job,but don't want to own..

I was assisted by Victoria when I had to return an item and she was extremely courteous and helpful.

This store always has ample product, polite and very helpful associates, and great prices. The store is always bright and clean and easy to access. I have bought a lot of paint and paint supplies here and am always quite pleased with these products. On this visit I bought light bulbs selected from a huge inventory.

I shop here often and the sales associates are always really kind. However, I usually have difficulties finding help In lawn and garden (where I purchase plants from quite often). Other than that, Great store!

I spent A lot of money at this Home Depot last year; please consider that the customer you ignored or were rude to,!may have paid your salary. Go to the HD on Peachyree Parkway instead; their employees bend over backwards to help.

Store #0131 Duluth / Johns Creek continues to earn my loyalty, primarely because of the quality, compitance, and willing to serve spirit amont the seasoned associates. I can not say enought about them, however, I continue to be dissapointed, as a loyal customer since 1978 who buys there almost weekly, with the increase difficulty of finding associates to help, quality as they may be, yet clearly UNDER STAFFED, perhaps due to Corporate's use of their people and a declining customer experience in order cut costs in support of their worship of high profits. Good for stock holders, poor for customers and overburdened associates. Otherwise I love and admire the great staff at this store and will continue to go there as other HD stores are not as good.

It was an in and out visit thanks to the helpful staff and great layout. As I started to hit a 'where is...' point, an associate would show up and provide the answer immediately, or let me know that it wasn't in stock. An excellent experience culminated with awesome response at the register.

Received friendly service from 4 different emplayers in 3 different departments and pleasant checkout.

I was instructed in how I could do some remodeling my kitchen easier than I thought which made me happy! Cashier Debra also gave me a great tip in painting!

The customer service desk was very helpful although not all questions could be answered. But no one is perfect :-) It is a very clean and friendly store.

My experience at this store is always very positive.
