Employees are always friendly n go outta there way 2 help!!

Advertised items were all in stock, the store was neatly arranged, the service was exceptional! The store is very clean, and finding products you go in for is quite easy.

Store is always well-stocked and items are easy to find. Rest rooms are clean and neat. Employees are helpful and polite.

My last three visits have been very positive. Both employees of the paint department were very helpful. The third visit was for a sponge mop and that was very positive also.

Sometimes I’m not treated kindly from the return table. Otherwise I’ve been treated fairly ok. Able to find products somewhat easily I was able to get assistance but would have to wait a while. The store was clean for the kind of store it is. Some of the associates were nice and friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased 12 bags of crushed bluestone from this store. As I checked out 3 male employees were standing near the female cashier discussing when they would get off work. All were drinking soda or sports drinks. I was never asked if I would like help, nor did I ask since it was obvious I'd be breaking up their good time. I'm 67 years old, so help loading would have been accepted. I loaded myself, and will not return to this store. What sort of management allows this sort of sloppy attention to customers?

The store was neat and clean and there was many different items to chose from in the category I needed. The associate in the self checkout was extremely helpful. I definitely will return to this store in the future

Clean store, helpful Staff! I'm a little ADD and these stores usually distract me enough so that I forget something I need. I got everything I needed for my weekend projects in one trip. Awesome!

Always clean and have what your looking for. If they don’t have it they’ll get it from another store or call to see if they have it. Associates were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Clean store. Everything easy to find and any questions on locations of items, staff was very helpful with directing me. And it's the only store I know of in the area carrying Zip System plywood products in stock. It's the wave of the future and they're blending well with the present time.

I was able to get all the products I was looking for easily and fast, I was able to get assistance if you needed it. the store was not as cluttered this time but was clean from debris on floors. the workers were friendly and helpful in loading my cart and my trailer. Thanks again

I just would like to thank the crew at the store on North Greenbush rd. The associates that were working were all very polite. The associate that helped me the most who went up, over and beyond his job was Dave S. He is a supervisor there and helped me look piece by piece for everything I needed. I recommend him anytime and will be back for sure to pick out the rest of anything I need. So thank you all for a clean, stocked store with friendly people.

All the employees are helpful, when remodeling my kitchen, I got help with what kind of tiles would be the best to use on the counter and the floor.
