I love this Home Depot, staff very helpful. Garden center is fully stocked. I purchased 10 bags of Timberline Cedar Mulch. Great place to shop. I have done business with them for years!!!!

As a contractor the North Kingstown Home Depot has always been my go to store. Many of the Home Depot associates at this store have been there for many years and I have a relationship with them that can help me with ordering and purchasing the variety of materials that I need throughout the years. Thank you to the staff at the North Kingstown Home Depot.

My wife and I were replacing our light bulbs in our ceiling fixtures and Richard in the Electrical Department of the Home Depot in North Kingstown, RI assisted us. He was wonderful to deal with. I have long become accustomed to not having personal service at Home Depot. But I purchased a 400+ dollar LG air conditioner recently. It was very noisy and did not cool well. Nobody told me about a seven day return policy and it was not even installed until after seven days of purchase. After much fussing, they decided they would give me a store credit. Really bad business! Decades of shopping with this company may be coming to an end!

We placed an online order that was set for one day delivery, after finding out it would not be delivered the next day we did some research and found that N.Kingstown had what we needed, we called the store and they were able to put the item aside for us to pick up. We drove from MA. cape cod to N.Kingstown. Once there Deanna from customer service got to work helping us cancel the online order and switch it to an in store purchase. Due to issues from the online department it was no easy task but Deanna went above and beyond making calls and arrangements to make sure we got exactly what we needed without spending double the money. She did it with a smile on her face and had nothing but kind words, she was willing to help and willing to work, something you don’t often. The manger also came over and he was equally willing to help and knowledgeable about what needed to happen, and he was willing to step in and help his employee. Great Team work, great customer service!!

I was able to find everything on my list in a short time with the assistance of Home Depot employees. You do not need to ask for help. They anticipate your needed and go out of their way to help you. The garden section is wonderful with lots of people helping you with heavy objects and giving advice on planting. All they need to do is serve coffee and I would think I was in heaven.

Thanks for your time and patience getting my new card to work. After calling his manager for a resolution, he took the advice from his manager and handled the issues on a phone call with the card customer service. Great example following proper chain of command.

I've been shopping this location since moving to this area last year. Great location, clean, organized, well stock, fantastic crew. Always plenty of help available, if needed.

What can I say. Home Depot is always there when you need em. I do use my local hardware store for many items, but the scale of avail products at Home Depot is helpful.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Great to see the flowers and other supplies needed for all of our springtime needs.

Both at the returns counter and counter and the checkout register I encountered employees with a “dont bother me” - I do t give a crap attitude. Making shopping there even more unpleasant than it needs to be!

I live in Newport RI and bypass the Middletown store, driving the extra distance to shop at the north Kingstown location. The store is well stocked, neat, and the staff is helpful and pleasant. For me, it’s worth the trip over the two bridges to get there.

The large selection of items with knowledgeable staff if I have questions or want more information on a product or its uses. Very convenient.

Great store,always has what I need.

I returned an item that was purchased only 35 days ago. I did not have my receipt and scanned the same credit card I used to purchase the item. I was told I could only get store credit unless I had an HD credit card. I was incorrectly given a store credit instead of a refund which would include sales tax. This is wrong. I have 90 days to return for a refund. How does HD fix this. HD is keeping the sales tax by issuing a store credit. HD needs to do better.

Every associate greets me with a smile, engages me in conversation about my project and thanks me for shopping there. The plumbing department is the best in RI.
