I was at HD to spruce up my yard. The flower area had people to answer my questions and my mulch was brought to me and loaded into my car. curb side appeal for sure!

Friendly and neat store

Each and every time that I needed help or was looking for something, there was an employee right there to ask. They all directed me with thoroughness and kindness!

I visited this store on the 19th. I’ve visited the store many times prior. Either the planets were aligned and I happened to be at the right place at the right time, or there was some type of motivational speech to the employees prior to my arrival to the store. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I had interacted with about a half dozen workers that had offered help or given me advice. Actual, helpful advice! It was a great day at #4283

We just bought an LG Refrigerator at this store. The associate that sold us was simply amazing. His knowledge was impressive. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice on the delivery.

Everything I needed was in stock.

Store is always clean and orderly. Safety always a priority for staff and customers. Store almost always has the tool I need or product I am looking to purchase. Favorite thing is none of this for the most part “Only available for online”. Home Depot is just that The place you can always go to get what you need. Just like stopping by home!

The North Kingston Home Depot is always stocked so well with everything from lighting products to paint brushes. I love this Home Depot. I buy all my flowers and lawn supplies there.

This was a bad experience. There was no offer to help a 75 year old female with lumber. And the price stated was not the actual price.

My husband and I became loyal customers years ago when we lived in a different area of Rhode Island. We first started shopping at Lowe’s (for the basement remodel we were planning)... BUT after a few visits back and forth to compare products and prices, the excellent customer service at HD turned us into loyal customers. Now we always go straight to HD because even if other places may have a different variety or pricing, we love and appreciate the exceptional Customer Service experience so much, that we choose to exclusively give HD our continued business...Thank you for picking and training your employees so well.

This store was a beautiful place to be. Today was a tuff day for my my wife and I. But everyone was cheerful and helpful. Not just one but all. It was a sunny spot in a cloudy day. The store was clean, and seemed to be well stocked.

Store 4283, North Kingstown is always well stocked, orderly, neat and clean. Kudos to the night crew. Sales associates are always friendly and willing to help. Cashiers are efficient and keep the line moving. 4283 is a well oiled machine!!!

Best Home Depot by far of the 20 or so that I shop at. The employees are clearly very well trained and mentored by management. They are really courteous, helpful and professional. The store was very clean and well organized. I found everything I needed for a major remodeling job.

don't want to shop where they allow dogs in the store. don't want to pickup something a dog has urinated on. Don't want to be bitten by someone's stupid dog.

Manager at the Home Depot and cashiers and employees are very helpful. I have had especially great service from Dante in Doors and Windows and Ellie at the Cashier section as well as a young man in insulation. Their attention to the customer has been the reason I keep coming back.

This happens to be my local store and I often frequent this location. This is a great store. I almost always find what I am looking for in stock and the employees are always helpful.
