I needed a new lawn mower. The model I wanted was only located at the top of the shelving out of reach. I asked an associate for assistance and she found another associate who came with a lift that she used to elevate to the top of the shelving and retrieve the mower I wanted. When I got to the checkout, I asked the clerk if the item qualified for the 10% military discount, and she assured me that it did. She applied the discount and I saved $25. The associates were all friendly and helpful and I could have not asked for a better experience. Thank you Home Depot.

Jennifer from Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me with my order. This store is always great.

The store inside and outside were very clean. There wasn't too many people there, so I got the help I needed quickly. The employee also followed us to the cash register and helped us load the grill be bought into our vehicle.

I needed 3 gallons of Floetrol. None of the stores in my area had it in gallon/only in quarts. The quarts are almost double the price. Your 2 stores (North Phx & Cave Creek) worked together and delivered to my door 12 quarts at the 3 gallon price! What more could a customer ask for? What awesome service...Karyl Gammon

A clean store, well laid out, pleasant to shop in and has helpful and friendly employees.

General attitude is "we'll do the best we can, it's all corporate's fault!"- we have to wear masks- corporate said so!, we can't get any help, corporate won't hire anyone!, we'll let them know (but they won't care!)- I felt dirty coming out of the store. Corporate either get you stuff together- OR- fire some people! What happened to people liking their jobs?

How often to you see an Asst. Manager cut wood for someone. Brian at store 401 does it... Thats why their customer service is so great. Pete at the Pro Desk is amazing too. Thank you all for making the customer service so great at this store.

Bought a hot water heater for around $585 the installation through HD was over $800 and they were late.

I live alone and serve as gardner, housekeeper and handy person, so I shop at Home Depot often. I feel lucky that there are two of them very close by. Considereing how often I shop at Home Depot there have been very few time I was disappointed. I was very satisfied today. When I was looking for an item an employee came to help me without without having to ask. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was grateful for herhelp.

I truly appreciate your return policy and procedures. I still always feel a little weird returning things. The staff you use for returns at the East Bell Road store helps cut the edge off of doing returns. Jessica was excellent helping me today. I purchased the returned items on three separate visits, on two different credit cards and cash. She was patient and helped me through the process. The leadership team at the Cave Creek and Bell Home Depot are great. All the staff are very helpful and make you feel like family. A shout out to William in millworks, Bill in appliance, Jackie in customer service, Chris who works the floor (I think?), Pete at the Pro-Desk and to the rest of you who are always there to help me with my DIY projects.

Nice n the store was clean n the bathroom was good condition and was stocked up and the employers were nice
