We live out of town, we stopped to look at lawn mowers and ended up buying one and a meat smoker. Great decision.

The young man Mr. B. told us that the carpet we chose was special Order and qualified for the promotion and free install. We told him we had two bedrooms and closets. One had padding one did not. Long story short the price came back at double what he had quoted us two days ago. So we went down to the store and was informed that our carpet was special order. But special order in stock so it doesn’t qualify for the free installation. Since when does special order go with in stock they mean two different things. It’s the Depots way of covering their butt. Basically they tell you what you want to hear and then double talk their way around it until you either give in or go somewhere else.

If self checkout is going to be the primary option for customers to checkout then the attendees need to be more of assistance to elderly and non english speaking customers. How absolutely terrible it was to watch an elderly lady be totlly disregarded by both attendees. No one offered her directions in Spanish. No one helped her with the actual process at the terminal. When I spoke up after the lady walked away with her items in search of actual assistance I was told by the attendee, " well this is self checkout" I was shocked. I don't know if the company is aware but I am sure at a minimum 40% of the customer base does not speak English. Irregardless of the language barrier; if you are forcing your customers to use self checkout then the attendees to be more attentive. Standing there staring at the customer while they struggle is unacceptable.

Is there a position in Home Depot that I would get a company vehicle to do the job?

I had a really great experience at this store! Especially after forgetting my water and having to return for it! They were understanding and very helpful! In my initial visit Alexis T. went above and beyond to help us and answer our questions! Good vibes all around!

overall,the whole store and all the aisles were very clean or were in the process of being restocked or cleaned. Greatest majority of the tradespeople that worked in the different departments of the store were very knowledgeable

I brought in a reusable bag because I was only getting a few things and was about 5 minutes into shopping and Duran the assistant manager made me go to a security camera area to empty out my bag. which had a hand saw, a box of screws and my wallet. He then told me I couldn't put them back in the bag. He did all this so loudly that I was absolutely humiliated. As I continued shopping, an employee followed me. As I was checking out, an employee watched me. If this is how the employees (especially an assistant manager!!!) treat the customers, I will shop at (can't say actual name but Look Over Where Everything's Sunny). I had NOTHING that would make me look suspicious. The only 3 things I brought in were the bag, my wallet and my car keys.

Attendance at the store were very willing to help I had to ask three people where to go although I did not know where to go immediately I was able to be helped by all three representatives of home Depot had a great experience will be back

When I make a trip to my Home Depot I going there to get a product I need, Home Depot always has my products.

Excellent service, clean aisles, courteous sales staff.

Main reason I shop is close to my residence. Plus the associates are pretty friendly and competent.

There has been consistent horrible service in the garden area. No approach, no help, no knowledge. If it’s busy, the few working the area hide off in a huddle and chat about personal stuff. I just moved here and needed help, yet on every occasion it was lacking. In other areas employees were helpful, when I mentioned the garden area, they agreed about them and just said,”Yeah, that’s the garden people.” I had to find help elsewhere but really didn’t need to hear about their personal lives! Granted, it has been a culture (or lack therof) moving here, but while most of the store has been appropriate, this area needs help from management (the workers were ‘oversharing’ about personal stuff and that’s never appropriate).

This store location the employee's are very friendly and the store is always very clean and organized.

Products were easy to find. Everything is in its correct spot. Never had an issue.

Harry in the Garden Center was of great help. He located the ten shrubs I had been looking for. The whole time I was on the phone with him he was patient, kind, and professional. Harry loaded up my shrubs into a basket and held them aside until I was able to drive the hour distance from my house to the store. He greeted me with a smile and helped me to the check out. Outstanding customer service! There is a Home Depot five minutes from my house, but I would drive the hour, and did, to shop at this Home depot.

Combination of shopping today. Picked up an item I ordered online yesterday as well shopping in store for other items. I used to shop primarily at a competing brand store but the superior service and knowledge of the staff has swayed me otherwise. They also seem to be around when I needed them for assistance without hovering over me. A great trait. Did not experience the out of stock issues that I have had at the other store either. Home Depot has become my primary go to for home improvement.

I went to look for several different things that Lowe’s do not carry but when I came to Home Depot and ran into a cashier named Donnicha she’s so friendly and helpful you can tell she loves her job and job title she helped me find two of the items but the last one she showed me a new way of getting it by ordering it on the website and shipping it to the store she was wonderful great service thank you

Our whole experience with purchasing our new Samsung refrigerator with very pleasant the sales rep was very informative she really knew the appliance business gave us the printout of the appliance ahead of time so we can review it and get to know the appliance before it actually delivered in our home I would highly recommend you going to Home Depot for any Appliance purchase that you may have we will definitely go back
