I have been shopping at HD for over 50 years and to the best of my knowledge, never a problem!

Great store with great employees and selection of materials I needed for the project I was working on

Have to take large flat cart for 40lb bags to the back wall and maneuver through full isles of stuff stacked up on sides to sell plus people and their carts! Horrible layout.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a very frustrating experience I had at your store today regarding Poplar Board, Internet #207058984, Model #27363, Store SKU #288151. My local Home Depot did not have this product in stock, so I drove 20 minutes out of my way to another location, because your website showed 84 units available. When I arrived, the shelf held only 18 boards, which was a significant and disappointing difference from what was listed online. After locating an associate, I was told that “what’s out is all we have” and that they were unaware of any inventory discrepancies until a customer attempted to purchase the item. The interaction was not helpful, and I felt dismissed. Since I had already driven out of my way in the middle of a project, I decided to buy the 18 available boards. However, at self-checkout, the system flagged the transaction and required an override. It attempted to charge me $268.92 because the associates insisted that this product is sold per foot, even though the price is clearly listed as $4.98 per board, both online and on the in-store signage. Adding 18 boards to the online cart also shows the correct total of $89.64. The associates at checkout were not helpful, did not initially listen to what I was explaining, and continued insisting on the incorrect price. I stood there for nearly 20 minutes while they tried to figure it out among themselves, and the situation was both frustrating and embarrassing. I am bringing this to your attention because the inaccurate online inventory, significant pricing errors, and lack of customer service created an extremely stressful and unnecessary delay during an active project. I would appreciate a follow-up on this issue and information on the steps that will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your time.

Stocked a Black Friday special in a distant location from were they stock the regular stock which can mislead a customer to overpaying for the product.

First visit to this location and it is my favorite! Tim is flooring gave terrific customer service. He was knowledgeable about the products, gave me space to think about the choices and returned several times. He reflected well on Home Depot.

Her friendlyness was so refreshing and nice, I just want to let you know, this. She offered her help, smiled and wished us a nice day. Not just the normal "how are you" stuff.

I call this my HD bc it's not only the closest to me but the friendliest! It's super clean which I love. Everyone is always so helpful & they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Love my HD!

We have always had Good luck at Home Depot and we always make our first choice of the large variety of products they sell.

I purchased my refrigerator on 9/17/25. My purchase was totally because of your employee, Tom.

I shop at this location often, but I know they don’t carry as many sku’s at the University or Cortez locations. I have to make multiple trips to the other locations to get what I need. Frustrating at times. Don’t get any valuable help in the garden department ever at 64.

I met Julie, the store manager, she was helpful and enthusiastic, an asset to your company.

Never any help in this location in lumber dept. You're on your own to cut lumber if needed and search the store to get questions answered. On my last vist i saw another customer needing help and neither us us were able to get help. I actually had another customer offer to cut my 12' piece of trim. It's a wonder this location stays in business with the poor customer service.

I went to Home Depot today and the customer service was terrible. No one was available to help, and when I needed assistance loading up my trailer, I couldn’t even find an employee. Back in 2006, when I worked at Home Depot, customer service was something the company took pride in — employees actually cared about helping customers. Unfortunately, this generation of workers doesn’t seem to care at all about customer service. Very disappointing experience compared to what Home Depot used to stand for.

Furthermore, the team at the Pro desk is always incredibly helpful, providing knowledgeable assistance whenever I need it. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. We bought an over the stove microwave GE oven there and are very pleased with quality and price.

Jason from flooring was great and that’s an understatement. He cut my shelving then he walked my mother around entire store to find everything else that was on my large list, and was so kind the whole time explaining and tips to my mother and how to do some of the projects that we are doing. He then checked us out! Did he stop there NO didn’t!! He also brought it all out to my car, helped me remove my headrest so the shelving would fit. I’ve been coming to Home Depot for 11 years and never have I ever had service like this here or anywhere else. Above and beyond doesn’t give what he did for my mother and I justice. I will be coming back to only this Home Depot from now on because of him, and that’s what I’ll tell my friends and family also! Thank you Jason!

I bought yesterday Thursday July 3 a patio set and They never sent it, I went to ask and they just told me the order was canceled and they never let me know!!

I like to buy new items and try out at home. Like different lite bulbs, plants, free standing fans for my spare bedrooms,, refills for refrigerator , stove top cleaners for glass top cooking areas.

Immediately noticed the walkways less cluttered. A nice change!

I was greeted in a very professional manner by Mr. Glenn Millwork, who assisted me in my selections and the transaction of my purchase. I received excellent customer service in the department of doors.

I have always had a good experience here. Employees are helpful and store is stocked with everything I need.

I purchased a 12-foot step ladder, which I had delivered because of the schedule of the project. The driver left the ladder lying next to the garage door without mentioning the fact that the ladder was damaged. The top section was mangled like the driver had driven next to a brick or concrete wall. Four of the aluminum braces were severely bent as well. I had to stick with my promised schedule. Therefore, I repaired the ladder to a fairly usable state and continued with my project. However, the long-term use of the ladder remains questionable. I have had no contact from Home Depot concerning the quality of their product.

Gil designed our new kitchen and did an amazing job! Ashley was friendly and helpful when picking out cabinets and granite for countertops.
