PRODUCTS WITHIN MY BUDGET. I WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. THE REACH PAGE WAS NEVER RESPONDED DURING MY VISIT ALTHOUGH I DID NOT NEED IT.

Store only has contractor cashiers and self serve kiosk-people with disabilities or older people should avoid this store-people with issues should not have to wait in a contractors line with busy working men with stacks of lumber to buy hardware for our home projects. The associates were very rude expect for the wonderful young lady at the self service lane who was doing her best. I purchased only what was on sale and went to Lowes where they have at least one cashier who can help out at ALL times. I was very disappointed at how iIwas treated today

Recently, I was assisted by Patti the cashier and Brandon the store associate. I intended to purchase a pallet of broken bags that included cement, play sand, mortar, water softening salt, etc. I also purchased some cull / dunn lumber. Typically, items painted purple are eligible for a 70% discount. Wood can be 50% - 70% off. Sometimes, these materials are offered FREE. This pricing regimen seems arbitrary and capricious. It is further complicated by predicating approvals in the presence of a "DH" (Department Head). Frequently, the DH is unavailable. My experience on several separate occasions is that in the absence of a DH, the ability of staff to make a pricing determination is completely compromised. However Home Depot makes a determination dispose of damaged goods at a discounted price, this should be a uniform, consistent policy that doesn't quickly devolve into a chorus of 'I dunno.'

When I have a project at home and need a part or parts I go to Home depot because they are close to our home. The fact that I can always find the item or items I need makes me happy and very satisfied. When the Mrs. is pleased, this just makes my day! Thank you.

We've been remodeling the home we just bought and have been to Home Depot (and others) frequently. Home Depot has always offered a full line of products, and offers excellent customer service to go along with that.

Brandon in appliances is the best associate. He was very helpful and patient when working with you to find the best appliances for your home. Not only does he help you with appliances but he goes above and beyond to look for certain items online for you. He will look for the answer if he does not have it. I highly recommend you ask for Brandon to help you with your purchases.

Only one staff member in appliances with at least 3 customers waiting for him. Did great once he got to us.

I was updating my Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets (originally purchased 10 years ago from Home Depot)). The Associate in Kitchens did an EXCELLENT job helping me get replacements in exactly what I needed. Her knowledge of the product, her ideas, helpfulness, and friendliness was outstanding!!!!! I truly appreciate this outstanding customer service.
