On the 5th of this month, I rented a mini excavator and one of the platform’s tires lost part of it. I was calling the store at the number 760-241-1175 and after a long time, I was transferred to the tool rental department and put on hold, but nobody ever answered me. I called 1-888-266-7228 but nobody answered there either. I couldn’t change the tire because I couldn’t get the code to remove the spare tire. I had to leave the excavator in a safe place and go home, 45 miles away, and return the next day, missing work. Because of this, I returned the excavator late, paid extra, and after having a bad experience on the side of the freeway. I will not rent machines from Home Depot again nor do I recommend it.

I was struggling to locate an item that showed as in stock on the Home Depot website, so I asked an employee for assistance. She told me, “Hang on a sec,” and then completely disappeared—never came back, never followed up, nothing. I waited around, searched nearby aisles, and she was nowhere to be found. I tried finding another employee, but there were barely any workers around. The few who were nearby made themselves totally unapproachable by walking the opposite direction upon my attempt to approach them for assistance. Overall, this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Home Depot. For a store that’s supposed to be helpful, this was extremely disappointing.

I shop this store because I live five minutes away from it. I had some bad experiences employees appear to be over paid for their job. They act with a high degree of superiority forgetting they are getting paid to serve. But after some complaints, things should improve after all they are lucky to work for a great company like Home Depot. But, they should be aware that good customers like good jobs do not grow on trees. I will keep on shopping this store as long as live near by just to see what happens. And I am not generalizing, customer service, returns and that area are doing a great job. It is most of the floor and cashiers which are messing things up. I can keep on going but I am not getting paid for doing this so thank you hopefully someday this store will mature to be a real Home Depot Store and respect customers the Home Depot way.

I feel that the NW Victorville store is improving on their customer service. I also noticed employees are very professional and friendly.

I use this store anytime I need household products and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased a $2600 refrigerator from Home Depot and was set to have delivered. During the waiting time I discovered my current refrigerator was under warranty. I bought my paperwork back to Home Depot to cancel the order. When I explained to Patsy what had happened she said let’s see what we can do about this. 5 minutes later the total amount of my purchase was refunded back to my debit card. As a result of this experience, I will buy all my appliances from this NW Home Depot location.

Every staff member we passed or dealt with was exceptionally friendly, patient and professional. They make you feel special.

Great store but for small home projects supply’s are limited

I went to the Home Depot in Bear in Victorville California and they didn't have what we usually have so we went to the other one which had better and more stuff we needed

I purchased my patio furniture at a great discount. I saved over $300.00.

I purchase grass seed, but I have been buying the cheaper brands, and my grass is getting all types of weeds. Paid extra this time, and my yard is beautiful. Everything was easy to find by myself.

They always have the items I want in stock and I do not have to order something and wait for delivery.

I got 4 pallets for my backyard walkway. Your staff provided very professional support. This is the Store you should go to when you need something.

Wow! Upon entering, a team member asked if we needed help and then helped us get the blinds that we needed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier was friendly as well. Great experience. :)

Our experiences is that the staff, at this store, are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They help guide us to where needed items are located and provide product recommendations for repairs. We appreciate the employees at this store.

Had flooring installed had issues with installers, showing up really late only a crew of 1 man, took 7 days to complete talking to Home Depot was told they would give as at least 10% back but hopefully more, when job was complete took extra product back and was told Home Depot would be doing nothing for us, but company that was sent by Home Depot will send us $100 gift card for our troubles so we were lied to from HOME DEPOT not happy at all!!!!

We are novice painters and experienced amazing customer service by a knowledgeable professional. Dominic was so amazing and helpful. We will shop here for all our painting needs.
