I HAVE LIVED IN NORTHERN CA AS WELL AS RENO NV AND FIND THE NAMPA STORE MUCH MORE WELCOMING, PLEASANT AND HELPFUL STAFF THAN OTHER STORES I HAVE VISITED.

Went to this store to buy some storage containers, and upon arriving, discovered that I had a flat tire. I had left my phone at home, and my husband was no where to be found. Thank goodness, there are still wonderful employees that go above and beyond the call of duty, as Josh, (JB) offered to put my spare tire on my car for me. I seriously did not know what I was going to do, and Josh came to my rescue! Thank you sir, you are the best!

I enjoyed my visit to the Nampa store. It is neat and clean and the employees are friendly and ready to help. I was able to find what I was looking for and also did some research on items needed for future home projects. I am looking for an area rug and there is a great selection. I appreciated knowing that I would get help with a rug if I had chosen one. I also explored the store to get an idea of what you have for washers and dryers and also for tiles. You have a great selection of the glass tiles for back splashes, accents or tub surrounds. I also like your selection of blinds.

We have had problems with the Veterance Discount because my husband only had a copy of his ETS paper. Some clerks would except this but always told us he needed it on his drivers licence. When he put the Vet on his drivers licence all it took was a copy of his ETS paper. After he got this done we got the discount three times before a clerk asked for his card. This seemed like a lot of harassment for nothing. It does cost money to issue a drivers licence with a change on it before the renewal date. What I like the most about this store is that they carry a lot of different hard wood that most stores don't, like cherry wood, large pieces of oak, hickory, black walnut and the new products of alder.

This is (as usual) a great HD store with REALLY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES

The Nampa store employees are very professional and provide excellent service. My hat's off to Mike in appliances and Keith in contracted services, excellent customer service.

I think of this as my Home Depot. The employees are stellar and I feel like they are there to help me solve problems not just buy more items to finish my endless projects. I like the layout of this particular store.

In each department we shopped in we had very friendly associates help and received very useful guidance.

I am a member of the Nampa Elks Lodge #1389. One of our focuses is helping Veterans. After learning the Home Depot did as well, I approached your manager, Brent Pack, for help in providing much needed repair materials for our Lodge. He generously supplied us with some products that had been returned to the store. Mr. Pack's and the generosity of Home Depot is greatly appreciated.

This store has always been a friendly store. It is close to my home which makes it nice.

This store always carries the Color changing tea lights around the holidays. All the craft stores in the area don't carry anything like them. I like to be able to count on Home Depot to have the lights.
