Staff too quick to grab a phone being viewed. Then another handle receipt, when they watched you buy the thing. Then first staff can't let you pull the copy & I had to discard 1/4 of it cus you can't spray sanitizer on it without smearing.

I would like to see more employees to welcome you and to ask I you need help, I see employees walking by and they ignore you, like they don’t care any more, they only said hi, when all supervisor are walking true the store

I had to special order three windows and two French doors. The salesperson by the name of Anita, an older lady, was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. I will need to order more windows in the future and will seek out Anita for help. She’s a great employee and Home Depot is lucky to have her!

This HD store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are professional, personable and helpful.

So check out cashier Beatrice was amazing our knowledge of the store and commitment to professionality and very well dressed ready to work. I would highly recommend the story customer service and self checkout is great.

The young lady at the self service station was very patient she walked me thru how to use for my purchase didn’t get rude when I made a mistakes she simply re directed me I really appreciated her patience’s and guidance I’m 74 years old and this made my day We need more people like her at Home Depot cause I’ve had problems getting help to get something I can’t reach and told that’s not my job or not my department

The NE Bakersfield store used to have extremely below average customer service. Whatever they did to cause a change worked because now most of the employees I encounter at least acknowledge my presence and ask if I need help with anything. Excellent improvement!

I ask for help an received it at this location very happy, hat's off to great management and great employees attitude from this visit...

I went into The store and asked the associate where a certain product was. The first associate had no idea the second associate directed me to an area where the item I was looking for was nowhere near there. I then walked up and down the aisles until I finally found what I was looking for. Two bags of a quick dry paintable stucco. I then went back to the associates and told them where I had located the item and the associates response was well We don’t know what we’re doing. I expected the associates to ask me if I needed help loading them however there was no offer. I’m still in pretty good shape for a 67-year-old male however I would disappointed that the much younger associates didn’t even offer to help! I will probably be canceling my Home Depotmembership.

I went and buy a water heater and I carried it out and I ask about my military discount the Clerk told me it was on the receipt. I didn’t bother looking at it cause I trust the business that I come to find out I was charged $35 for towing out my own water heater and they did not give me my discount when I went to the manager at the time, they told me to call the main office. I called the main office and the main office told me to go to the manager such a runaround just to get a discount not worth it.

great team good stock needs interaction with store location and internet orders for quicker customer satisfaction store could not help me with out of store orders that were ordered at that location. I would still recommend Home Depot with reservations about deliveries to home addresses, never a problem delivered to store.

I was able to purchase everything I needed. The associates were most helpful!

We bought a refrigerator and barely had any help loading it into our pickup.

I had the occasion to visit the store as it is my local store and ask a special reauedt for a just returned to school student in my grandsons clsss from some serious health issues. His favorite color is orange. This Home Depot , due to the staffs compassion took my request to the Mansger and she outdid herself in meeting the request for my grandsons classmate. This really showed that the staff and the manager really cares about their community. I really appreciate the kindness that was extended to this classmate of my grandson. Thank you Home Depot in East Bakersfield!

The employees at this store are always helpful and have often offered help just to see if I needed help finding anything. So far when an item has been out of stock they have made sure that an order has been placed and if not they make it happen.

We came in for a kitchen/bath/home remodel consultation. We had the pleasure of working with Daisy, and she was an amazing help. Her expertise and suggestions were greatly appreciated and we are happily looking forward to moving on with the remodel process through Home Depot. Thank you Daisy, not only for spending so much time guiding us through this process, but for helping us understand each step of the way!

I like the fact that some of the wood that has been cut or shown imperfections here and there is spray painted purple and deeply discounted I would encourage that to continue because it's perfect for some projects

I was getting some shingles for my home. My father is on a wheelchair so I have to do all the work because he is incapable off. At first I wanted to figure out how long the shingles would last once they were placed on my roof. This kind young man Jeremiah helped me find out the warranty of the shingles, super nice. As I was loading the shingles onto the cart they were definitely heavy and I was having some trouble loading them onto the cart. This employee named Vick super great, super nice offered to help she called in for help because she saw that I was struggling. Although the guy Adrian was told to help me he went to do some other job I really don’t know what he went to do and was not answering his calls or anything he took a while a help me load up the shingles. Overall super great customer service I did not catch on the cashiers names but those ladies were also super helpful and nice !

The associate in mill-works Anita at store 1060 is by far one of the best. a special thanks to her for her knowledge and patience.

Very well stocked, Employees were very pleasant and helpful cashiers were very helpful and kind they didn’t rush you Will be using the store much more often for our plumbing and home repair needs..

I go to Home Depot a lot to make keys, and everyone was helpful but Pablo had the best attitude and great customer service. He was verily starting his shift and he was all ready to work and help. He was so positive and really friendly. I honestly was not in the mood and did not want to talk but he made my day because on how friendly and nice he was. He was a great multitasker as well. Thank you Pablo we need more workers like you
