Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals event?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and setting up new appliances indoors. Remember to upgrade your outdoor power equipment and patio furniture as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Make certain your home is ready for spring temperature shifts by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water freezes inside the crevices, you could be dealing with damage.

Do you carry moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Do I need a generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. The best part is decorating this unique box with stickers, so leave some time to place them just right.

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot app. Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items.
