The associate in the electrical department named Tom was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I originally came in with a few items and left with complete solutions to my projects. Tom not only helped me find the correct electrical fixture but also showed me how to install it and which saved me a lot of time and money. I'm definitely coming back to Home Depot and will recommend my friends to see Tom first. He made it easy.

Having used a number of other outlets. Home Depot is the best priced,best assistance and an overall the better experience. Worth travelling that little bit further for satisfaction.

Peter in the Plumbing department is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, not only in plumbing but it many other departments. Whenever I have projects to work on, I go to Home Depot and ask for Peter's help. He can tell you all the supplies you need to buy for your project and can give you advice on how to do the project.

Was so very happy that we were able to figure out cabinets and counter top for our bathroom. We were afraid that our needs were too odd and the shape too unusual, but happily we were very satisfied with our experience.

This is a great store with employees that are eager to help. The appliance area have employees that really know their stock. The store is clean and easy to find products. I really like shopping there.

The sales person we had in the carpet department was the same one we had three years ago in the major appliance department. She sold us a washer and dryer. She remembered us. It is really nice to visit a store where you get such good service and the employees remember you.

This store went above and beyond! It started with my interaction with Lupe, who was the first to hit a wall with the return process. I was frustrated, but she was courteous and polite, and asked Cynthia for assistance. This was also a pleasant interaction, but we still could not get the computer to recognize a no-longer-stocked product. She then called in Nick. He reminded me that the 90-day return policy was in place for a reason, but understood the situation. Jon then worked for 30 minutes to make sure I was refunded for each and every item! What I would like to recognized is the UNBELIEVABLE team work that came together at this customer service desk. Never in my life have I seen a retail store come together to help a single customer. They did not "wipe their hands" of the situation - they were all invested in this interaction, and worked together to make it happen. Please commend them for this wonderful experience. They will be the reason I continue to do business here and will never forget this!

This is a clean and nice store. The staff are more attentive than most Home Depots. There store layout is also pretty nice.

Thanks to the Santa Clarita store manager, we were able to make this year's outdoor holiday decorating very special and fun! When we couldn't find the blow-up we wanted for our front yard, she sold us their display and offered a small discount! Great customer satisfaction!

I was really pleased with how fast I was able to find an available assistant to help me with my window blinds to be cut for 3 different windows.

The problem with this particular store (not true for all stores) is getting help to load heavy/awkward items. One time, they never came even though I ask the cashier to call them 3 times.

I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted but Cory showed me many other options that were much better than what I originally had planned. That's the reason I like Home Depot so much. Most of their employees do so much more than just point you to the applicable aisle. They try to educate you and help you to make your project go smoother.

THOUGH THE STORE WAS CLEAN, I RECEIVED WHAT I CONSIDER IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HELPING A CUSTOMER/S FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, AT LEAST HAVE THE CORRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE COURTESY TO TELL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE WAITING FOR SERVICE THAT YOU WILL BE WITH THEM MOMENTARILY. ALSO, MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS - NOT ONCE BUT TWICE - THAT IF YOU WILL/DID SEND SOMEONE TO HELP THEM OUT, MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE ACTUALLY SHOWS UP.

Associates are friendly and helpful, areas are kept clear for navigation without a GPS and I enjoy walking around to see if I can find anything I think I can't live without. I always take a receipt home for my spouse.

Experienced good customer service from a couple of reps. However, one rep (third rep) was not too service oriented. Was doing work for us but was interrupted by another customer. He helped the other customer, which took about 20 minutes; thereby, delaying our job so we had to wait longer than anticipated. Not good!
