People on isles wanting help and ZERO employees to be found and it’s like this every time I go

Been going to this (and Peachtree City's) Home Depot stores for years. The only frustration I have is the layouts where the same material are in so different locations. The management team in Newnan has been top notch and customer focused.

Not enough people in store to get much help but as always it's good

This store Very Rarely hace Check Outs with Employees at them. It's always Self Check Out and Us Customers are not Employed buy Home Depot

Angie was very patient and informative in helping me buy my washer. I was indecisive, could not make up my mind. But she waiting and with smiles helped me.

I am retired and was glad to know they would deliver and carry off my old fridge

When you can find a human being, they are very helpful.

Products are fine it's the customer service that's lacking. It takes forever to find someone to help with a question. Depot employees seem bothered once they do and act like it's an inconvenience. To many other stores to shop to put up with this. Last time I was there on a Friday there was no registers open but self checkout. Give me a 10% break in goods if you want me to do everything including my own checkout and bagging. Overall Home Depot has gone downhill and seemingly doesn't attempt to fix it.

I was redoing my home. I bought some things that I never used and they went past the 90 return period. I got a few items that had to wait 'in line' to be installed in my home. Some I found I did not need/want and returned them to the store with receipts. Unopened and clean. Now I have things just sitting there I cannot ever use.Wasted money.

Love the Newnan Store, especially Pam and Tiffany. great experience consistently.

Great people and service

Mariano is the best. He has the knowledge of the tools, he shows you the best deals, and he has an overwhelming positive attitude.

Only needed a box of drywall anchors to hang some floating shelves and they had them right where the app said! Great store full of great people!

Apparently poorly managed from the top down. Associates seem to only want to do the minimum amount of work. Customer service is also minimal. Associates seem to be really unhappy to be there. Not one or two associates, but most associates. I’ve had very little contact with the manager, but he too seems to be pretty unhappy too. I buy a lot of 8’ 4x4’s and they are only a notch or two above firewood.

Great customer service during the purchasing process thanx to Kirby and Genevie. As far as the loading process that took a very long time. I understand this is a busy store and my situation was a little different than most.

It seems that the store has reduced its work force. The only human cashier was at the pro desk. Self-checkout was the only other option and they were backed up. The only employee that even acknowledged my existence was the monitor at the self checkout who wished me a good day. Home Depot has really fallen down in the customer service department!

I live close to the Newnan store and frequently can’t find enough 4x4’s of good enough quality for my needs. This necessitates having to go to the Peachtree City store which usually better quality lumber in sufficient quantities. The PTC store I’d very obviously operated by a much better manager and crew.

A friend suggested I shop around for the best values for my maintenance needs, and then he told me he was getting better value for most purchases at Home Depot than at the blue store or the hardware store.

I tried to return a product I bought recently which I did no tknow much. I did not have the proper help, and when I used it, it was a disaster for me. I decided to return it, but I had some problems with some representatives when I tried to resolve everything over the phone. One hung up on me, and the other told me to deal with the manufacturer. I decided to call again, but I wanted to talk to the store manager this time. They were extremely nice and willing to help me resolve the problem and helped me. Thanks, Kirby and Brian! Sometimes, it is better to handle these things with the managers because of the complexity of the policies, and I get it. That is when representatives should say, "I can't help you. Please talk to our manager," instead of just coming up with excuses or just straight NOs.

Kris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ryobi fans and helped me make my decision to get two of them!

Bought a new pull chain for a ceiling fan. Was happy to see that there were three options available. Brass, silver and gold.

Twice today I went to Home Depot, in the morning and then around 5:30pm both times looking for an attachment for my trimmer and both times nobody around to unlock the fence and customer service (Sarah) didn’t seem to care either

Lee in the paint department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us pick out the best paint for our needs and mixed it promptly. It’s perfect for our addition.

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. They put two scratches on it when bringing it in the front door. We were given a number to call about it. We called and were compensated with a reasonable discount. We accepted and now ate ready to enjoy our new fridge. Missy, the associate that helped us when purchasing the fridge was very pleasant. She made it quick and easy and answered all of my questions.

I love to go to the Newnan Home Depot. Every time I go there, they seem tohave what I need oris able to get it.

Since becoming a home owner we find ourselves at homedepot far too often lol. Every experience I have had in the Newnan location has been top notch. Today especially, we were getting mulch and an employee on the garden section helped us load our cart and decide on how much we would need. Our cashier Roger was awesome!!

I have several pneumatic tools and they have lasted me a long time. It has never failed to use a good quality product to help keep your tools working every time you need them and for years so you are not replacing them all the time.

associate Phillip stopped helping me to help someone that looks like him (while male)
