I ordered 5 replacement windows. I got 4 in reasonable timeframe. The fifth, a picture window, took 3 months to receive after missing 3 promise dates and being lied to about being ready to ship. I was denied cancellation. After finally receiving the window I discovered it was made as a new build instead of a replacement.

I purchased custom made doors in October. The associate i worked with, Angela was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for me.

This Home Depot is my go to store. The employees are always very helpful. This weekend they had a kids workshop that was very well attended.

Laura was excellent at customer service. The manager was great at handling this sale. I will be back again.

Long time employees really know the ins/outs of the store. I try to look for them first.

Employees with attitude, who share how annoyed they are that you asked them to do their job is getting worse every year. I dared to ask customer service for my "will call" item that the text said was "ready for pickup". It's like these 'modern' employees know they can't be fired and really don't care what the customer thinks. Please go back to hiring and firing based on ability to do the job!

I am 79 and no longer have the upper body strength that I has a few years ago, but the hedge trimmer I purchased was lighter and easier to use than I anticipated. It made the trimming less of a chore and I was done a lot faster.

Not one register was open. It took longer to checkout than shop. I don't work at Home Depot and I don't want to be a cashier.

I bought some paint today and it works amazing and makes my room look new and fresh.

I shop there almost every other day, great store and a great staff.

Your local, basic store offering hardware, tools, lighting, appliances, lumber, and a small garden nursery. Great location directly off the I-190 and there is ample parking which is maintained and clean. Some of the aisles are too cluttered with floor displays and over-sized merchandise, i.e., pre-assembled grills. The store is also on the dark side with inadequate lighting making the lower shelves difficult to discern. Staff are well-groomed, helpful, and knowledgeable. A couple self-checkouts are located in the main store. The garden nursery could have expanded hours, otherwise, you have to tote your items into the main store for purchasing.

Dealt with Wayne Wilson, best sales person I ever did business with. Knowledgeable, warm, friendly and respectful. Made a major purchase less stressful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend him, and I will be dealing with him again!!

I like to thank Gus for his service in helping me decide on my stove I purchased in November around Thanksgiving. He was very informative on the features and listened to what I was looking for. Gave me my choices and pointed out the pros and cons in reference of what I was looking for. Thanks Gus

I go to this home depot for all my home updating ideas. Leo is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He gives great advice on what tools and items you may need for any project.

I had an issue with a homedepot.com order. The customer service I received both in store and from the 800 number was the worst I've ever experienced. Very rude attitudes and no one cared to try to resolve my problem. I ultimately canceled the order and purchased from another retailer.

Can you imagine we have THREE DrillMaster drills with three batteries, and each battery is now DEAD. In warmer climates we are much more active doing a lot of home projects and improvements, so we DO need a drill. A neighbor has a Ryobi and he loves his Ryobi drill, so it seemed good for us, so we went looking at our local Home Depot. We found the one we wanted, BUT it was OUT of stock. Mark helped us, advising us of a Home Depot about 35 mins away with units in stock. We weren't wanting to drive that far, so as you could imagine, we were quite disappointed. Unbelievably Mark then stated we could get a different model at a great price. We took his advice, and then lowered the price for us to the price of the model we wanted but was out of stock, and we _really_ appreciated it. I guess he saw the disappointment on our faces. Within minutes, we walked out with our new drill and VERY happy. We want Mark and Home Depot to know we DO appreciate this experience, and as the weather warms up, will return to pick up another!

I'm doing home renovations for a house that I have here in Niagara Falls and I've visited this store countless of times. Every single time I go I always have staff helping me find what I need at a great price.

Bought some 2" pvc pipe for a project with my neighbor - was to get 45 degree; but I got 90 degree. Return process easy and clerk was personable. Refunded back to card on file.
