Today 3/15/21 10.47am At self checkout employee Meghan felt it necessary to check between 4 12 inch stacked plastic planter pots, I Asked Meghan what could fit between them? Meghan stated its my job! Really and I individually scan everything if she waited! Embarrassing!!

The associated Lilie in customer service was excellent person and helpful

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The employee at the paint desk was super helpful and did his job.

Niagara Falls, NY Home Depot has Great products, and great staff! Very helpful and friendly! Store is well stocked. Having a Home Depot in NF is wonderful!

Richard was amazing! He had great advice on putting up crown molding for kitchen cabinets. He also helped us pick up what tools to buy for the job. We bought a Ryobione nailer and some Brad nails. At the checkout Lynn was very friendly as well as efficient!

Sales cashier Dalia is exceptional

Salespersons are more helpful than other stores. Assistance easily obtained. A salesperson named Matt very helpful. Noticed the store was clean and organized. Items I needed were in stock. Almost a pleasure shopping in this HD !

Store clean and staff helpful

Had a late idea for an xmas gift but it was out of stock at my primary HD. The associates at the NF HD could not have been more helpful, locating the items and expediting us through the checkout - even looking up an old receipt from a different HD. Remined me of our local grocery store chain that national recognition for customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Though we are going through hard times right now with the Covid, and the economy, it was a pleasure shopping at the Niagara Falls store today thanks to your staff.

Whomever decided to start hiring and training more female employees should be commended. However it happened - they are much more accommodating and more importantly - if the don not know something they are not afraid to admit it and they will go to some one to find the answer.

If you enjoy being ignored, lied to, putting up with snippy attitude and having incorrect items ordered for you then this is the perfect location for you.

I shop the electrical section of this store very often and find all of the employees very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Huge, clean store with everything under one roof....easy to find anything from cleaning products to supplies to make great home improvements! Great helpful & friendly staff, always answer my questions.

Shopping at Home Depot Store 1287 is always a pleasure. I purchase there at least 3 times a week. The sales people always say hello to me when I enter. Having many properties in the City of Niagara Falls, I am constantly in need of getting expert help from Don in the Windows Dept. and Jenifer for just about every question I need answered. Several of these employees have been there for years and it helps to see a familiar face. I have some unusual requirements and have always counted on their expertise and help seeking everyday help and assistance; I always leave the store satisfied and with solution in hand. So if you need help, look a little lost and before you know it, a Home Depot employee will be walking by and say; Can I help you? Do you need help finding something? That's my kind of STORE.

Store was clean and organized. Just wish they had more of the milwaukee tools as they are my favorite.

PLEASE REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THE DIGITAL RECEIPT APP IN THE STORE !!!! I do NOT want a digital receipt showing up On any of my devices for any of my family to see....IF I buy a gift for anyone, why would I want them to see a receipt?????? That policy is sure to ruin someone’s day !!! RETHINK the consequences of that !!!!

Terrible customer service from the self checkout area. But they do have a good selection of fruit fly traps! I don’t recommend getting keys made you’ll waste your day waiting for someone to show up and help you
