PLEASE REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THE DIGITAL RECEIPT APP IN THE STORE !!!! I do NOT want a digital receipt showing up On any of my devices for any of my family to see....IF I buy a gift for anyone, why would I want them to see a receipt?????? That policy is sure to ruin someone’s day !!! RETHINK the consequences of that !!!!

Terrible customer service from the self checkout area. But they do have a good selection of fruit fly traps! I don’t recommend getting keys made you’ll waste your day waiting for someone to show up and help you

Customer Service Associate Kara was beyond wonderful during my visit. She greeted me and assisted me right away with what I needed and was so kind and understanding with my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond and made sure I left with the correct part for my home improvement need. I am so grateful for her kindness and amazing service!

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and polite. I had nothing but pleasant responses from everyone I spoke to during my many shopping trips there. I worked for 40 years in customer service and believe this is your most valuable asset. Keep up the good work!

You can never find anyone to help you. Employees are not very knowledgeable about and I do not aprreciate the self check out.

Bring your own hand sanitizer! This store is NOT taking the proper precautions for this pandemic. I only went there because my toilet was leaking into my basement and I needed the necessities to fix it, as I didn’t want a plumber in my home during this crisis. SHAME ON YOU, Home Depot for being open and so ill prepared for keeping your customers safe! Makes me wonder if this store is even being cleaned and sanitized at the end of the night!?!

The associates at this store are always helpful in locating items, sharing their knowledge and assisting in anyway they can. Not only are they friendly, they are professional.

I was a big fan of Home Depot prior to today's visit. Today I purchased Powerade, and was charged the deposit for returnable bottles. The problem is, they are not returnable in NY. Previously I was able to get a refund from customer service, but today, the girl didn't know how to do it. When she contacted a supervisor they didn't know how either. I was told the supervisor was "on their way" to assist. After about 15 minutes, I gave up and requested a refund of the Powerade and deposit. I buy cases of it, I will buy them elsewhere now. I wonder how many "deposits" Home Depot has collected that shouldn't have been.

Tina in the paint dept was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. She took the time to make a few samples and dry the paint until I made a final decision!

A bunch of boneheads walking around not knowing what they are talking about??? But happy to wish you a good day??? I order a few things on line, went to the store for pick up after 3 emails telling me the items are waiting for me. I drive 35 minutes, crossed a boarder (and in these times is a little dodgy) to find out all the items are not in the store. So when they tell you(an email?) the items have arrived, all that means is that the items have been shipped and received at the store. No one in the store checks to see if the items actually have arrived!!!???The box has arrived with a bar code on it! Wippy!!!! No one looks into the mass amounts of unnecessary packaging to see if there is anything in the box!!??!! This makes total sense to the knuckleheads in your store??? But they are happy to wish you a good day when they realize they have not done their job???? I guess that is store policy but checking orders for pick up is not! That makes sense to whom??? A bunch of boneheads (I am being nice) in your store!?! Thanks for nothing! Side note, this not the first time this has happened to me?? This is the fourth? I have been patient and understanding and kept my words to myself but enough is enough. Can you answer why my life is based on someone making $15/hour not doing or even caring about their job? I make the order, it is your job to fill the order. (has anyone not seen the Seinfeld episode?) Is this too much to ask for? Am I speaking English? Do you understand English? Can you read English? If this is egressive, demeaning and impolite. Good! I have made my point! Thanks for wasting my time. What kind of retribution (I know a big word/ look it up!) do I get for my time? What is my time worth? Nothing to you people! And that is shameful!??! So next time if there is one, I will have to call ahead and ask your people to open all the boxes and make sure all the items are IN the box.That will go over well!!??!! That makes sense to you, right? Now who will call whom a "Bonehead"!?! Great store policy! Oh, by the way "Have a nice day!"
