Store was clean. Sump Pump problem wasn't solved, had to buy a new one.

On my way to work I had about 20 minutes to spare, so off to Home Depot (HD) I go....As soon as walk into HD an associate assisted me in finding the items I want. Walked up to the check out line, no sooner then the buggy stopped I was asked to step over to another lane to check out and I promptly asked if I may get a military discount, displayed my creds, slid my VISA, grabbed my recite...all under 20 minutes. A Good Day!

The new text for approval of invoice is Awsome way to let your workers get what they need without giving them money or a card and before they check out the invoice is text messages to you for review and approval so you know what they are buying . It's great I love it

The app really helped me locate exactly what I was looking for. I talked to an associate working in the cabinet department and she was very knowledge and scheduled a consultation right away. Good experience!

I received excellent help from everyone I talked to. The cashier was wonderful and got a price for something while I finished my shopping. The associate in the area of cement was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products.

bought a washing machine. Sales assoc. was very knowledgeable and very considerate. I felt he liked his job and liked to help customers. The delivery today from Home depot was also great, nice, courteous driver and got the job done quickly and expertly. Very happy !

We went to purchase a product that we had seen the weekend before at this store. The store was sold out, other nearby locations were stock checked, but we were out of luck. The Associate offered a substitute item that we could consider and she even matched the sale price of the item that was out of stock! Sure we said, what a very awesome thing to do...a very loyal and SMART Associate! Thanks again!!

I do a lot of home projects. Home Depot is my go to for classes, advise and products. Over the years one of my most successful projects was lying tile flooring in my laundry room, hall and 1/2 bath. This was approximately 400 sq. ft of tile! I took the class at Home Depot. This was over 12 years ago and it still looks great! Many thanks to the helpful worker bees. Best, Bett Clebone

was looking for a broom handle for a push broom, the associate I ask told me exactly where I could find it which saved us a lot of time and frustration. If you need an item just ask and they will lead you to it

The store , as always, is very clean and well kept up. The lighting needs to be improved around the stains and sealing section. It's very hard to read the fine print when trying to determine the right product to buy. The sales associate acted like I should have already known the answers I was asking. Seemed like she was very frustrated when I asked to clarify the statement made. This has never happened in my experience with Home Depot.

Great store. Going to this Home Depot is always an education for me... btw, I'm a teacher. Sales personnel friendly and well informed...refunds are painless... I feel that Home Depot adds to my independence... I love this place!

I am taking on my first big gardening project and have come here for many of my needs, organic and environmentally friendly products are important to me and the readily available selection was wonderful.

Store was very well organized and clean. The cashier Geri was very friendly and helpful and I will be back.

When ordering online if it says to pick up in two to four days contact the store to make sure they carry the product. I found out that if you order online and it shows to pick-up in two to four days and the store does not carry the product they cannot get it even if another store has it, you have to go to another store to get it.
