EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - store #3808! On Saturday, 5/29/21, at 8AM, I came in to purchase 40 gray Veranda 12’ deck boards. As I was staring up at them, DAVID asked if I needed some help. He immediately got the boards down, get another employee & they loaded my husband’s pickup. David recommended we needed to use ratchet straps. David took me to their location, showed me what to purchase & he installed them on our load. We are in our late 70’s and DAVID’S HELP WAS EXCEPTIONAL! You might also be interested to know: Your store’s website of in stock merchandise is spot on. On 5/20/21 we went to purchase these boards at another Home Depot location whose website said they had 140 in stock but they actually only had 5 and couldn’t say when they would get more. On 5/28/21, your website said you had 61 in stock but I didn’t trust it so I drove to your store to make sure you had them. Your count was correct, so I got my husband to bring his truck over the next morning, 5/29/21, & another customer was buying the same thing. Luckily he only needed 16 and I got the 40 I needed. That left 5 in stock and your website showed 5 in stock immediately after. GOOD JOB STORE #3808.

Placed an order at the Niles store and set up a delivery date. On the day of delivery, never received a call from the driver and the delivery never showed up. Called the Niles store the next day and was told the Austintown store cancelled my delivery and rescheduled it for another day. Received no phone call, no explanation, nothing concerning this. Niles employee said she would figure it out and get back to me. She never did. This is the worse customer service EVER. Will seriously think twice before spending money here on a big project. Very disappointing.

Always make it a point to shop this store and probably will not any longer after my visit April 8,2021 Theresa and Paulette were very rude and very unhelpful Almost as if they couldn't be bothered However Cheryl and Michelle (my cashier) were the total opposite - very friendly and helpful

I travel quite a bit as a truck driver and i shop lots of Home Depot's. But this one is mine. Always military friendly. And never make me go any further than my nearest store. Been buying there since they opened. The best thing is that they have many choices of products for the same purpose. So i can pick the best one for my needs.

Always friendly - always clean! I do compare items online prior to shopping. This ensures items are in stock and frankly getting the better price. Homedepot has my items in stock and at the better prices.

This store is the most clean, well lit, and stocked of all the Home Depots I have shopped. I'm a long-time customer and have bought merchandise in California, Colorado, Florida, Niles, and Austintown in Ohio. I really like the Niles store as I can get in and out in short order. Kudos to the management and staff of Niles Home Depot.

I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator. Samantha & Shania went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me out. I am forever grateful to them & Niles, Ohio - Home Depot. I will continue to support my home town HD.

The items we were looking for was easy to find, employees not only told you where items were, but they walked with you to find them. Cashier "SEJAL" was especially helpful, warm and friendly. Enjoyed our trip to this Home Depot, even though we live 45 minutes away. Friendly, helpful employees really make a difference.

I have always found staff friendly and helpful at this store. 10plus years. If they don't carry a product they will refer you to a specialty shop that does. Example a barrel bungwrench. This store is well stocked and clean. ,,,,

seems like every time I go there at least one person asks me if I need anything. There's always someone there to answer your questions and concerns about anything. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly to.

What I like most about the Home Depot in niles is the paint dept. I think both the PPG and Behr paints are great. The regular employees in paint know their stuff for recommendations and have color matched paint for me that was perfect!

The Home Depot in Niles is centrally located and close to several other leading retailers. Parking at this location is a breeze. The staff is readily available and courteous. I love how organized the store is which makes finding what I need a cinch! All of the departments are well labeled. The new self checkout is one of my favorite things your store offers.

Special thanks to Rich Prezioso, wonderful job, quick and polite. We didn't even have to wait very long. You can tell when someone's just not into their job and this guy was.

The associated at the paint desk were very helpful and friendly throughout the visit. They assisted me in finding the exact paint color at the best price, and were very efficient as well.

All the employees are so very helpful. I would highly recommend this location if you need any advice before making a purchase.

we compare this home depot with the other big box home improvement store down the street and always found employees to care more about the customer, go out of their way to please the customer, knowledgeable staff, better product assortment , cleanliness of store, and also speed through checkout.
