Home Depot is always a fantastic experience for us. Everyone in the customer service industry always tries to make their employees be like employees of Chick Fil A, most falling short in some way. But at Home Depot it always surpasses any experience I’ve had at Chick Fil A. I’ve always attributed this to having a family member that works there. But today I went in there with my husband and our 5 kids, and no one knew that we were related to someone who works there and still everyone went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and that we had the best experience possible. Ron stopped us to talk to us and compliment my sons hair (which made his day!) and to make sure we were finding everything we needed. Olivia talked to each one of my kids individually during checkout which made them all feel so special like they were a part of the process. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience!!

This location does NOT stock smaller length threaded 1 1/4" galvanized steel pipe - If you need this item go to the Hermitage store - they do!

Overall, the store was clean, but there were empty wooden pallets in the aisles. The staff is great, but no where near enough people throughout the different departments to assist customers.

I was in to get paint, i picked my color and then picked my paint (a product that i am familiar with that i have used in the past) and when i went to the counter to get it mixed the salesman said that he would not use that particular kind i explained to him that i have used it in the past with no problems that i want to use it, again he told me his opinion and so i walked away i feel he was in the wrong i am the paying customer i listened to what he had to say but i wanted what i wanted and he still basically told me NO and so i went elsewhere and purchased my Paint.

I like this store. The only thing I wish they had was a Concierge service that walked around to help people. I waited 20 minutes for a associate to help me and that was after I went walking to find one. I would love to work at this store because all of the people that did help were friendly and helpful it just seemed like there was not enough of them. If you can find her, go through the line with the lady with Blue Hair that was at the self scanner. She was absolutely great!! She kind of young but really knows her stuff. They need to give her a raise!!!

The Niles Home Depot is always clean and neat and the employees are always very helpful. If you have questions about a project they will be more than happy to answer you and even give pro tips!

The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs! We did not feel pressured to purchase something that we weren’t ready to buy. The store was very organized and neat. Great experience.

Was pleased to find a 2.0 battery for my saws all that I could not find anywhere else.

I almost all the time find what I want. One thing I just think you should spend more money towards would be always having more employees working in the garden center from spring to fall. It isn't very nice to not offer help at all times for older people or people who are not strong enough to load what they need. We wait for twenty or thirty minutes before help arrives, because no one wants to be the one to load. I am sure your company already knows this problem and just figure we can just accept it because you are not going to change it or you would have already. That's it.
