The entire buying experience at the store was great. It is clean, well organized and employees are very helpful and easy to find. It was easy to find what I was looking for and there was plenty variety to choose from.

I JUST BOUGHT A TABLE SAW; HOWEVER, I WILL REFER TO A PAST EXPERIENCE FOR WHICH I AM REALLY GRATEFUL. I BUILT A FIRE OVEN AND I FOUND THE FIRE BRICKS I NEEDED. THANK YOU. ALSO I SUFFER FROM VERTIGO AND ONE DAY I HAD A SERIOUS EPISODE AS I WAS APPROACHING A CASHIER. SHE WAS INCREDIBLE HELPFUL. SHE CLOSED HER CASH BOX AND TOOK ME TO MY CAR, CALLED MY WIFE, AND DID NOT WENT AWAY UNTIL SHE WAS SURE I WAS GOING TO BE O.K. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT NOGALES. MY BRICK OVEN? CAME WONDERFUL. MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LOVE MY PIZZAS AND BREAD.

Needed an online order and the associate was super helpful. Made everything easy.

I hate going to the Home Depot... Because I WANT EVERYTHING THERE!!! The store is always nice and tidy, and the associates are always super helpful. If you ask a question, they don't point you in the right direction, they walk you there. I even had one associate help me with choosing a proper weed whacker and very patiently answered all of my questions.

Made several trips for a quote received poor service. Went to a company in Tucson instead.

this store was very clean, i used mobile app but was unclear on choices i had to make so i asked help from Denise and she was quite helpful, knowledgable plus resourceful. I will look for her on my next visit to this store

Waited at lumber dept. clerk arrives and walks off with code number of needed item, comes back after 5 min. saying he gave code to another clerk that will come to help me find the siding I was looking for, waited for a total of 25 minutes and no one ever came, I go to look for person that was supposed to help me and to my surprise find him chatting at the customer service desk, I took back my receipt from the prior day when I purchased this same siding I was looking for and turned his head saying sorry, without much care.

Everything except the dishwasher I wanted was in stock.

getting help in store is sporadic. Shopping carts not conveniently available in Garden Center. Garden Center not adequately staffed.

Absolutely everything there was great associates were nice, the store was clean, the availability of people was like great. I absolutely enjoyed my visit to my local Nogales Home Depot and I surely will visit again soon.

Went to the store. Needed help and try to find an associate. I think you need to hire more staff for helping customers. This will improve the customers visit and increase your sales
