Superb associate, very knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations.

I come in here pretty often and always have a great shopping experience. The store is always clean and the associates are very helpful.

All the associates in this store are very helpful and friendly. The store manager Louie, is always on the sales floor willing to help customers. If you nee any help in hardware Tom Wiggins knows everything. He has helped me on so many projects! If you cant find something just ask Brian at the service desk. He is usually wearing a Seahawks hat. Brian has helped me purchase several items for my DIY projects. Overall I will drive to the other end of San Antonio just to shop at this Home Depot. They always have a great selection of product, and very helpful friendly associates!

The associates in the paint department were tremendous help with a paint issue I was having.

No check out open. Long line at self check out and no one to help those too stupid to know how to self check out. Waited 20 minutes to check out. Lots of workers standing around talking with each other. And no manager in store too complain to.

Here's my general impression of Home Depot stores. People working there are friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with an associate. The self checkout is a good idea since there used to be long waits at the registers. The stores have plenty of inventory and lots of variety but...there are often stock outs that are irritating. There will be a bunch of 4 versions or sizes of something, but 0 of the 5th version or size that I need. My other gripe is whatever I are wanting to look at or get, will have a forklift or something obstructing it. I have to say Lowe's stores are better organized and more neat. Home Depot stores are a little more 'sloppy'. Overall though, I'm satisfied with Home Depot.

This store is very clean each time I go. The staff is always very helpful. I go to other stores of this type but Home Depot ranks far above the line in my opinion.

Whenever I have a big project coming up this is my go-to store. It can be a bit hard to find associates at times because they are almost always assisting others, but once you do it is worth the wait! The associates are knowledgable about where to find things in the store, as well as helping you to figure out what you are actually looking for in the first place if you are like me and come in with an idea and need help with the actual process. Also I am forever grateful that they can cut wood for you! This store is always clean, the employees are both pleasant and helpful, and it is an overall great experience!

The management team in this store really know how to take care of the customers' needs. The in-store experience that we received is above reproach. Thanks to the well educated Homedepo associates, our shopping experience is one that we have shared with others. Keep up the good work..

EVERYONE asked me if I needed help and said Hello to me, the customer service was great! Even after the employee told me where what I was looking for was at he lead me to it and even asked if He wanted me to put it in my cart! You guys lead a great example of how all Home Depots should treat their customers and how all retailers should! P.S. I love the tool box. :D

I was picking up a patio set and also purchasing 4 air filters. The service desk employee said that I could pay for the filters at returns while she was getting someone to load the patio set in my car. I told the cashier at returns that service desk said I could pay for these 4 items at returns. While he was ringing up the filters, he wanted to know who had told me that I could pay for them at returns. He also was not taking care to handle the filters as he was "flopping" them around as he appeared to be very disgusted that I was paying for something at returns. There was no one in line for returns other than myself. He was very unfriendly and obviously not happy that he had to ring up my purchase. Other associates I encountered were very friendly. He obviously needs some more customer service training.

I did not find the particular light bulbs I was searching for made by Phillips. The store associate told me that the store now carries their own brand called Ecosmart, and pointed me to the bulbs I was looking for made by this company that I had not heard of until today. The associate also said that the Ecosmart bulbs are probably made by Phillips. Because light bulbs aren't a high priced item, I was not too concerned. But I have to admit that I did feel a little discomfort not finding the bulb made by Phillips brand that I am used to buying. Perhaps a sign that says Ecosmart is brand of Phillips, or possibly stating that Ecosmart is a Home Depot preferred brand would help the customers feel at ease about purchasing a different brand. Just a suggestion :)

This store is always nice to shop in. The Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and the aisles well labeled. The store is always busy, so an Associate may not always be available right away, but they do work hard and I know they see me and will get back to me when I need them.

Lumber Associates not available! The cashier was exceptional, and he had to go outside to help us load our lumber.

The shopping experience was fine. My husband found what he was looking for. However, I called this store in appliance dept with a question about ordering a dryer repair kit. I was transferred three times. The final sales associate I spoke with was obnoxious. She said she asked the guy working in this dept if he spoke with me. She told me "he said he did not speak with you-maybe it was the cleaning guy." I asked her her name and she HUNG UP on me. All I know is I spoke with her in the appliance dept. at approximately 12:15pm and she had a very heavy accent. I called back to speak to a manager and got Richard the assistant manager and he didn't seem to display remorse or an apology. I asked for the manager and he said Louie Tuttle (manager) was gone for the day. We spend a lot of money in this store but after todays experience, I think Lowe's is looking better.

I had to buy a variety of items for a group of 16 men (prizes). It was nice to see how many options Home Depot had at a reasonable price. The only staff member I encountered was very nice, friendly and efficient (sorry I forgot his name - he was by the washing machines section). The cashier Angela was also very nice and super helpful.
