We went to Home Depot off Evans this past Saturday. Great time to buy plants and garden things. Weather very nice. Our cashier Lisa was so much fun. She was pleasant and friendly and had a big smile on her face. She was very efficient and honestly seemed like she was having fun at her job. She made our experience well worth sharing.

You know, home depot has a lot of products, and it is hard to find where is what. So after shopping, sometimes it takes long time to pay since the line is long. But this guy (an old and big guy - don't remember his name), he entertained me and my family while paying in the cacher. I was so impressed by his professionalism and friendly attitude. Even though I don't remember his name, I would give him a kudo.

The requirement to get an app is inconvenient and not necessary. Depending on who is working as the cashier will depend on whether they will give you military discount with the ID card or not.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE MY PLUMBER ARE IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANOR AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE OUR UNITS ARE IN STOCK.

My wife and I have purchased several pieces of equipment like a framing nail gun and several tool boxes. We are in the middle of building a single stall garage out back of our home. Nick and Danny helped us with our purchases and were both great. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were humble enough to seek out answers to questions if they didn't know the answer. In today's world, there aren't many people who will admit that they aren't sure about something and actually help the customer to research and find the answers. Most people who don't know the answer to a question just either say they don't know and that's it... or they make up some $&#*#@, hope it's good enough for you to believe and go on your merry way. These two people are good and honest employees that are a real asset to Home Depot and we can tell you that they do make a difference.

I needed an item I could not find. An employee took me to the aisle that was blocked off with new incoming product. He waited for me to finish unhurried and rescued the area. Cheerful the entire time!!

Tried the self check-out kiosk for the first time. Very seamless, but always an associate available to assist nearby.

This severely pregnant momma is extremely grateful for the numerous wonderful and helpful associates at Home Depot today. We had a issue with an online order that they cancelled as lost so the manager honored the original sale price and we were able to repurchase from the store. We were able to purchase and hold laundry room cabinets until we can get a truck to pick them up and got a great deal on a fire pit for $99.

Assistance in the department, assistance when checking out, assistance loading my purchase.

Gema Is one of the best managers Home Depot has. I went in there to get a refund on my appliances I purchased and instead I bought a new lawnmower and a weedeater and blower and a smaller refrigerator to get by because of how far she went out of her way to help me. Betty was an extraordinary cashier and just super friendly and obviously was very fond of having Gema as a supervisor. You saved a customer who spends a lot of money with Home Depot

Great customer service!

Good stocking and price competitive. The service folks can be elusive at times and they always seem to be stocking when I'm shopping but that's probably why they are always stocked. They do have a small pick up you can rent but their rental/tool department is not as robust as the Home Depot located in Spring Branch. The traffic from the 281 HWY construction has passed the intersection where the store is located so it's now much easier to get there.

This store was clean and well stocked. Jo, the cashier, was extremely friendly and made me feel like a preferred customer.

Products were easy to find. I was asked 2 times if I needed any help. When I was in the flower department, a young man was busy sweeping the floor the entire time, and I was really impressed. One of the men in the store helped me with putting my plants in my car, and that was VERY nice!

Excellent customer service! All employees I encountered seemed very happy to be there and were willing to help.

In the future, I will not be shopping at this store because the management is not accommodating to repeat customers making multiple big purchases.

The Home and Garden staff is exceptional—Brandon provided assistance to us, stopping his work outside on the forklift to load 10 bags of mulch from inside the garden center. His personal, friendly manner were greatly appreciated on a busy afternoon.

What a worse experience I had with this Home depot. I purchased curbside pickup for soil but seems like they did not have it. I would give zero start if possible. From employee to manager they kept selling me different soil and not ready to return my money. they excuses 1). Web site has wrong picture 2). They are the same product 3). They have same SKU # so I should take the other one. 4). Manufacture put the same SKU #. 5). Manufacture is changing packaging. 6). It's my mistake I bought the wrong product. 7). They blame me for wanted different product.. when my receipt clearly shows what I purchased with picture and details. 8). The product they are giving is better. Seriously....

The hyena boys in lumber get in the customers way horsing around in the store and need to learn to horse around on their own time.

I love my local Home Depot. I am a DIY Queen and rely on this store and staff to get things done!

I was treated very disrespectful by paint department employee.

I have been shopping Home Depot for 20+ years I do commercial and residential maintenance and am currently remodeling my own home. Occasionally something needs to be returned. I had a battery go defective on my after 6 months on a mower. Since I used my card I was able to pull up my receipt online and discover I had 365 days to return. Instead of just the battery they replaced the entire mower with a smile and no hassle. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. My business depends on being able to exchange and return overbuys for jobs and being able to do that with no hassle is the best. Thanks HD!
