Cashier that assisted us during this visit was awesome - helpful and friendly!

My purchase was denied the usual military discount. When I asked why, I was told the discount is not available for items on sale. I pointed out that the item was NOT on sale. No response from the cashier, just her irritation that she had to tell me to swipe my credit card to complete the purchase. I told her that I was still waiting for an explanation for why there was no military discount. She said she didn't know. I then had to suggest that perhaps there was someone in the store she could ask. She then asked a co-worker who was walking by. The co-worker said there are no military discounts for garden shop items. And all this on Memorial Day Weekend...

This store was prepared for the memorial day sale. As a veteran myself I felt that my DIY needs were all met.

Everything was easy to find and got a great deal on garden materials I needed for my home project :)

GREAT store, all of the staff we had interaction with during our visit were very helpful and seemed to enjoy what the do.

I am very happy for the storage of the store, most had some products with prices hard to understand, I doing wasting too much time looking for the correct price. More in general this optimal store.

I made a mistake on my online order and Darrelle Dozier the appliance manager was more than helpful in figuring out my problem and fixing it. Thank you very much. I definitely would buy more appliances from this Home Depot again.

TIFFANY HELPED US SO MUCH WITH LAYING OUT THE DIFFERENT TILES AND ACCENTS.. SO APPRECIATED HER KNOWLEDGE AND KINDNESS. SHE IS A KEEPER, PROBABLY MADE A FRIEND FOR LIFE! WE ARE COMPLETELY REMODELING OUR 1959 ROCK HOME. HAS NOT BEEN LIVED IN FOR OVER FIVE YEARS.. WE HAD TO COMPLETELY RE-PLUMB, RE-DO ALL THE ELECTRICAL (COMPLETELY) TORE ALL THE OLD OUT AND REPLACED WITH NEW. COMPLETE REDO WITH AC.. 19,000.00 IN NEW WINDOWS AND SLIDING GLASS DOOR. AND MUCH MORE. STILL HAVE PAINTING AND FLOORING AT LEAST LEFT TO DO.. SO APPRECIATED HOME DEPOT!!

Clean store, attentive associates and great service. First time visiting this location and I will drive out of my way to visit this store in the future.

Employee Andy in tool department solved a problem that I had on how to do something that had stumped me He solved the problem at a minimum cost, and in as simple a method as possible.

Every time I go in to Home Depot someone is keeping the place super clean, and help is never more than a few isles away. Customer service is awesome and the staff is very knowledgable on the materials and locations of the products.

I went to the store to pick up some garden soil and found an excellent deal on Miracle Grow brand for the backyard. I also needed a replacement wheel for my wheelbarrow and one of the staff was more than happy to point me in the right direction to locate the product on the shelf. Overall good experience at this store and the staff are most friendly and helpful, but sometimes you do have to locate a staff member on your own to get the help you need.

The home depot is always well organized and the people are very friendly, not carts in the parking lot. good job Thanks

I just found the product that I was looking for in the Home Depot! Its a great Store!!

When we need help or advise, associates are available and knowledgeable.

I arrived at the 281 store at 8:30 pm on Saturday, April 18th, 2015. The store was quiet and associates were busy stocking shelves and straightening displays. I was looking for a quart can of 'Tung Oil' that I needed to refinish the handles on a set of kitchen knives I own. I assumed that the 'Tung Oil' was in the paint department so I went directly to the paint department. I looked for several minutes and couldn't locate the product I needed. I ask a very friendly young man who was working the paint department desk and he guided me to the right place. After retrieving the product I had come for, I spent some time in the power tools department 'day-dreaming' about future needs. While I was there an associate asked me if I needed help and I replied that I was just day-dreaming. He left me with my thoughts and I continued to wander about. After about 20 minutes I proceeded to the checkout area and had to wait no more that 45 seconds to check out. The cashier asked me about my project using 'Tung Oil' and I explained that I hand-rubbed it into the handles on a set of kitchen cutlery and after 6 or 8 applications the knives take on a protective sheen. All in all, the visit was very comfortable and efficient. Thanks to everyone for contributing to a very pleasant trip to the hardware store.

We placed an online order that was ready within 30 min of placing! Great Quick service and LOVE this location!!

Return was easy and painless. No questions asked. We did not have the receipt with us, but the cashier was able to look up our purchase with our credit card and refund the amount directly to the card. Not all stores invest in the technology to be able to do this. It is greatly appreciated that Home Depot does!

No assistance available when needed in Plumbing. Ongoing problem and after alerting management their response was that the plumbing associate was on lunch. So?
