Sagnitee, a cashier at this store has horrible customer service skills. She is rude and unprofessional. She definitely needs some kind of disciplinary action and or proper training of how to take care of customers. This morning I made a purchase of a tool box that was on a shelf with the price tag of $26.98. There was more than 2 of these same tool boxes on that same shelf. My purchase only included this tool box and a 12oz Red Bull. My total was $101.38. When I tried to explain to this young lady that that's not what the price tag said and tried showing her the picture I had taken, she looked at it and rudely, simply said it was wrong and kept repeating my total of $101.38 while rolling her eyes and making rude facial expressions. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I did not ask to speak to a manager or supervisor at that time because I had to go to work. I really hope Home Depot can take the proper disciplinary actions and train this young lady how to properly take care of paying customers.

Webought our refrigeratetor and stove a few years ago at #1551 Auroa and they work and look as good as the day we brought them home and we just love the way they match our dacor

This store is basically only good if you are a contractor and you already know what you need, how much it costs and where the item is at. The young people they hire just walk around pushing carts of stuff that they need to deal with and ignore you. Or else they stand around 3-4 of them in a half circle laughing and joking. And if you ask for help they point their finger to the direction they think the item is and say "Im not sure if we have that but if we do it will be on Isle ___" thats not helpful especially when they tell you to walk all the way across the store for something that they may or may not even carry. And especially when a lot of times its not even in stock if they do have it. And if it is in stock, this store has stuff all over the place so good luck finding it. A lot of items dont have any tags telling you the price so unless you bring the stuff up to the front of the store and ask the price you can forget it. They have lanes and lanes and lanes open galore and nobody working there to check you out. The only lane with a person there is for the pro desk. Everybody who is not a pro can go check their own selves out at an automatic kiosk like a chump. The big aize of Scotts grass seed bags has dead mice and mouse poop all over them and when you lift them up the grass seeds run all out the holes in the bag from the mouse eating into them. In addition, the fun shopping carts that you put kids into and they can "drive" the shopping cart with the little steering wheels? Always broken and black with filthy dirt where the kids seat. So thats disgusting. The carts are a hit and miss. Some of them have good wheels, and some dont. That store is a ghost town if you try to find anyone to help you. They say to you "I dont work in plumbing I work in electrical. Ill call someone to help you." And then they walk away and you can forget it. Or they call someone and nobody ever comes. This store is a joke. Also in the paint department unbelievably they sometimes will say stuff like "We dont have Behr Satin Interior in a gallon size" iron looks like we sold out. And when you ask them to order it they say "We dont order our stuff, corporate orders it automatically or else we just dont get any. And we never know when its coming in or not" like hello! What's the point of this? One time I asked for a paint to be tinted and took it home and continued painting where I left off and the paint was the wrong formulation of tinted and when I brought it back in and said it was not the same as the first gallon she said "Ok we can add some more yellow to it" like huh? She was just gonna wing it adding more yellow. Without seeing the first gallon. And just guess how much to put into it. They used to have an older gentleman who was very particular about how he did his job. But now they just hire any warm body to make it up as they go along. They dont even put your paint colors into your account so that you can know what you bought last time. You just have to keep your old cans if you wanna buy touch up paint later. Or guess it and hope for the best. They dont even have the paint prices on the desk anymore cuz they kept raising it so often. Now you just have to ask how much the paint is. Also if you need a sample paint to tint and try it out they will have some but a lot of the specific finishes that are popular will be sold out. I wanted behr satin interior and the guy told me to just use semigloss and "imagine" it being less shiny. If I want to "imagine " paint colors and finishes, then what's the point of paying 6 bucks for a sample? But if youre a contractor, and you dont need any advice or good service then this is definitely the store for you!

I am a regular customer at this Home Depot and every time I go to this Home Depot the employees are so kind and helpful. They ask if I need assistance and then proceed to help me. It means a lot to me.

The evening hours support is minimum, part-time help is evident support and store knowledge and products.

If you call this store to book installation services, advise you book with anyone except Melanie. Doesn't seem like she's in the right business forward facing customers. Felt like she didn't have the time or I was bothering her trying to book the service. Rather rude and uncomfortable making arrangements.

Scanned the QR Code for assistance but, no one came to help…… Walked around the store for several minutes and finally found an associate to help me… Store is under staffed.

Never have problems with product I purchase and this location actually has product in stock and has variety instead of plain, dull, boring, and ordinary things to choose from for decorating your landscape or home.

I recently checked inventory before I arrived at this store and saw that there were plenty Adjustable Post Bases for 6x6's. Upon arrival, I only found one unit. I tracked a staff member down and asked for help. He was listening to a baseball game over a speaker that was in his hoodie's pocket. He looked around for a couple minutes and said he couldn't find any. I don't give up easily so I looked around and found a couple more. Being encouraged that there could be more, I used my cell phone to call and ask for a store manager to come to my location. She did. She looked around, checked inventory and told me that a case had come in that week and they had probably sold all those and that the inventory count was just off - which she said happens frequently. She suggested I would probably have to go to another store. I told her about the young man who was listening to the baseball game. She told me he was the only one in that department that was working and that it was hard to find employees, but that she would tell him not to listen to anything on his speaker.

Asked 2 workers that were standing around SOCIALIZING for help. Of course they couldn't help me and said they would send someone. After 7 minutes, no one came. I had to find a different way to reach what I needed.

Generally when they indicate they have a product in stock they really don’t about 50% of the time. I don’t know how their inventory can always be so far off

I came to pick up an online order and shop for additional items. Every Team Member I encountered in my walk around the store was friendly and helpful, even at the entrance to the women’s restroom! So many smiles!

You can never be sure about a product you purchase but you will always remember the service you recieve. The appliance associate(Tarah) provided the best service and advice for me to make a excellent decision about my purchase.

I have been to this store a few times and every time we go, everyone that works there is so nice and helpful! Several people have gone out of their way to assisst us. Highly recommended!

Nightmare experience with tool rental! You have been warned!

The attraction to the store is that it is in a roomy location and has great selection. Store hours are conducive to my busy schedule. Service is quick and easy. I am going back!

Getting help @ home Depot is almost impossible

I came to buy lights and a microwave and the lady was a wonderful person, went out of her way to take us to the lights,then she looked and found the last pole for overhead lighting.She not only helped with our microwave choice .

I enjoy my store, I wish the hot dog vendor was still outside of these Home Depots.

Ordering from this store has been almost a nightmare and the fact that they wanted me to just accept anything was even worse.

I don't know who made the stupid decision to NOT allow the forklifts to load things. I paid a guy to watch the employees hand load a full BUNK of 7/16 OSB. Who is gonna pay my employee who should have been there only 10 minutes!

Shopping options in Green Valley Rach is limited. I love having HD close by for all my gardening and home improvement needs. Store is always clean and stocked fairly well.

There is product all over the floor everywhere, parts in bins are in the wrong bins, every aisle is blocked by retail junk. This was an awful experience. You can tell management has entirely given up

I had a problem with the previous paint mix. Gabriel saw it right away and mixed replacement. Then refined it for the perfect match. This is a trade and he. Is a tradesman. Thanks again Gabriel.
