Best customer service in a bad situation

I spend a lot of money annually at home depot as a contractor. This store is by far the worst experiance I have ever had. I am working in Colorado for a few months on a sizable project and stopped in for about 2500.00 in supplies. The staff were not helpful, pro checkout took about 45 minutes and they would not help load out.. The employees acted like me spending my money there was a huge inconvenience for them.

You can find someone to help you when you need it. If they don't know the answer they know others that will. They work as a team here!

I cannot say this about every Home Depot location...or company in general, but in the two years I've lived here, I've almost exclusively visited this particular Home Depot, and have never had a negative experience.

They had great deals and were fully staffed.

I was shoppin outside garden and a taller gentlemen I believe Eric was his name. He jumped on a checkout thing and started to check people out and I was thankful for that

We had a wonderful experience at this store with an employee who took the time to talk to us about our projects and shared creative ideas for decorating my terra cotta planters.

Wes was amazing! He helped my partner and I pick a range hood. We felt comfortable and was able to ask plenty of questions without feeling rushed.

You know how you work overtime because of some type of motivation? Well I got that motivation from Esperanza, after working a night shift, I waited until the store opened and then I met Esperanza. She greeted me with a pleasant smile, and had such a friendly attitude. Before I left I was able to chat with her and she had great insight on products in the store and seemed like she cared about me having a great day. I did. Because of her energy and passion, I went the extra mile in my day. My Thanks goes out to such a dedicated person for the inspiration that day.

Can’t ever find an associate to help.

The cashier Andy was great and greeting me with kindness and was very helpful.

I went in for some samples and was greeted and helped out when I was ready to get some paint mixed. "Bill P" was helpful and professional and treated me the same as a contractor buying hundreds of dollars worth of paint. And very knowledgeable.

I can't express enough just how wonderful the staff are!

My customer was very happy with the purchase and installation of the sink. Homedepot had the right product at the right price.

Almost always I have had a good experience with your team. They always know where things that I'm looking for are and try to find someone if they do not know.

I found what I needed with the help of the sales associates. 1 of the 3 was actually wanting to help. My experience is most of the time, I feel like I’m bothering them when asking for the location of an item. The one associate today wanting to help. It makes a big difference for a good shopping experience.

Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Jaylyn almost ruined my shopping trip. She was rude, condescending, and refused to help me after a wanted two pots that required a ladder to get them of the top shelve.

After I parked and walked towards the entrance I noticed a young kid getting out of a nice Mustang in the handicap spot. He was wearing an orange Home Depot apron and there didn't seem to be anything wrong with him. I didn't want to judge cuz I know there's some issues that are not visible so I looked at the car the windshield the license plate the mirror and there was no handicap placard sticker or plate on the vehicle. I watched him walk into the store go about 30 feet turn around get on his phone and then wander around the front of the building. I got in line return an item and after I returned the item I asked the girl if she would call a manager. She told me she needed to know what it was about or she couldn't call the manager. I told her it was about an employee and I'd like to speak to the manager. She said she needed to know what it was about before she called him. I firmly asked if she would just call a manager for me and I will discuss it with him. So I stepped a few feet away she made the phone call and she kept looking at me and it just felt she was making some kind of comments as she spoke to her manager as I waited for him. He came up I said hi this is what I saw and I just want to know if there's something we can do about it and why this employee thinks it's okay to do that. I gave him a description and the guy's first name and the manager said okay yeah I'll check into it but it had a very noncommittal feel to it. It more felt like a brush-off and I'm just curious about what actually happened after I left.

The girl in the paint department got upset because I needed paint mixed even though she had no customers waiting. The cashier got upset because I asked for a military discount and she had to scan her ID and enter a pin. Why work there if you don't want to work.

I do not always get a chance to go to a local nursey, but Home Depot has a great option. Plants are well cared for and the soil selection is great. Terry at check out was friendly and helpful.

Many aisles blocked with trash and freight. Not just today's freight.

I get all my hardware needs specifically at this location because of its employees

Many different types of soil for my garden

Was able to find a staff members who understood the products I was looking for and each clerk personally showed me where to find the items I needed and showed me several other options. One clerk left to help another customer and then came back to see if I needed anything else. This is what real customer service looks like.

Both Ron and Neal in the Plumbing Dept. are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable
