Clean store, easy to find items, prices ok, friendly staff.

The store associates were very helpful and friendly and showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for. And when I checked out, Natalin was very personable and professional. She even let me store a few things at her customer service station while I ran a quick errand, and then she rang up my sale instead of sending me to the other end of the store to check out. Kudos to Natalin! She is a great ambassador for your store!

Lora, has always been one of my favorite associates due to her attitude. When I have been in your store and I see her she is always smiling and very pleasant. She is knowledgeable whenever I have asked for assistance. Recently I had been looking for a Dremmel tool. You were out of stock and had been for a couple of weeks. I had been told about different dates for shipments to come in by different associates. Lora took my name and number and kept an eye out for the tool to come in. When it did she called me and put one back at the service counter with my name on it. I am very appreciative of her assistance and vigilance for me. Thank you Lora. Roley Greer, Jr.

Called first, spoke to Josh, an Associate. He was very helpful. Arrived at the store, asked for Josh, Greeter was very friendly, and directed me to Josh. Josh accompanied me on my list of shopping needs. The store was extremely well laid out, with aisle signs describing contents. Lighting was very good -- no dim areas. Cashiers were friendly and FAST. I've never seen a time where the parking lot was cluttered with carts or trash.

I came in to order a shed and went back and forth on options, sizes and so on. The associate that handled my order was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Thank You.

In the past it was nearly impossible to even find an associate to help in a Home Depot. NOW, they are readily available and most helpful !!

I am in this store four or five times a week for my business. They almost always have what I am looking for. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Is always a good experience to shop at Home Depot.

Was looking to purchase an A23 battery. I asked the associate i saw as I entered to direct me to the batteries. I was looking at the main display and did not see them another associate working the self check out area asked if I needed help. She found the item on the side display of the battery rack. The entire procedure from walk in to purchase took less than 5 minutes. Great job. I am sorry I did not get the associates name. She was small in stature and had red hair. Very professional and congenial.

poorly maintained. Unhelpful employees. nasty disgusting bathroom and a total lack of care about it. Items out of stock on lower shelves but lots above. No employees in sight to assist or they scurried the other way when they saw you. If your looking to get some crazy disease then by all means head to this disgusting place.

The Store associate "Gonzo" was very helpful, competent, and professional.

My partner and I went in to get a new lawnmower and were were immediately offered assistance by two associates; Jorge V. and Tony. They took their time to understand our needs and gave us a great and more importantly an honest recommendation. Jorge V. gave us an extra discount on an upgraded model when the one we selected was out of stock. They even took our new mower to the register for us to ensure that we received an amazing costumer experience. Thank you Jorge V. and Tony, because you made life long customers out of us.

There are very friendly people that work at this store and they're very willing to help, BUT my husband often sends me in with a list of things to buy. There are times when I need to call him to double check a product or ask a question. There is no cell service in this store, so I often have to leave my cart at the front of the store and walk out into the parking lot to call him. This is hugely frustrating. As a side note, I use Verizon, which provides great cell service everywhere else I go. Other than that annoyance, the associates recognize my husband and I when we walk in the door and always ask how our remodel is going, which is fantastic customer service in my book!
