The Associates were helpful especially Mike in Lumber

I was provided a quote and verbally told it was good until June 28th. I was at the store June 17th, the printed quote said good until June 18th and still they would not honor the pricing. Assistant Manager very unwilling to help, stay away from this store, two open checkouts cluttered aisles.

Ganzalo, went way out of his way to help me find the wood that i needed. he not only told me were it was, he took me to it and retrieved it by digging thru all that was in front of the wood to get me the pieces that I needed. once he found them, he loaded them into my truck. The times that I've gone to your store, and I go there allot! I get employees that just tell me where to go, and most of the time their wrong. Or I get no help! Mr. Ganzalo went above and beyond what was expected!! This young man cares!!!! Please let him know that we as consumers really appreciate what he does. His is truly an assest to your company!! who ever hired him must truly know his/her business. What a great young man. He will go far under your employment. I'm going back again in 2 days. Hope to see him soon and doing business with your company as much as possible!

I was so happy with this store.Everyone was willing to stop what they were doing to help me.Very friendly and very smart about all the products.The store was very clean and everything in place.If i had the day off i would have stayed there all day.Great place.

This store was well stocked and always someone available to assist no matter day or time. We have never had an issue here and is one of the best Home Depots around!

I asked an associate to page someone to cut some boards for me. I was told that someone would be right there. I asked three different associates to page someone to cut the boards for me. After waiting 20 minutes, I left the store and went to Lowes Hardware Store where I received prompt and courteous attention.

I needed to buy exterier house paint and went to this store during the lunch hour on a Wednesday. There was one gal working paint. She was running her tail off, back and forth, and doing an amazing job taking care of the 4 or 5 so customers all waiting for assistance. All the customers commented on what a great job she was doing. I couldn't read her name as it had faded off her apron - but KUDOS to her. Watching her speed, and attention to detail when so many eyes were on her was impressive. She made the wait much easier when you see how hard she was working. I hope she is there next time I need paint!

The associates were helpful and even helped me load the items purchased into my pickup truck.

During my purchase, I had a wonderful experience with Gabby@ Service Desk & Melanie Denney Flooring specialist. They were very helpful and friendly, able to provide multi-task without frustration. The store was extremely cold, but they were working very hard to help the customers.

I was surprised and very pleased at the speed and efficiency of the Employee who assisted me and the minimum information she needed to complete the transaction so I could return to the job She spoke fluent English and was well versed in the return policies of your company If I needed another employee, I would have offered her a job Thanks for hiring her

Needed to get assistance from a store associate. Several passed right by us but did not ask if we needed help and, when asked, stated they could not help as they were otherwise occupied. Went looking for assistance (in the lighting area) and was approached by a vendor who said he could not help but wanted to know if we wanted to sign up to have our kitchen cabinets evaluated for potential improvement. Really?! LoL! When I advised no he left with no offer to help find an associate who could assist us. Horrible customer service. We left the store without making a purchase because we could not get the help needed to find what we were looking for. I would not return to this store as there is no concern for their customers.

It's a cool store close to where I live! I like shopping there because it seems to have everything I need! I had to order my flywheel key online...and waited like a week and half for such a tiny little piece, but I like the store. It's nice and clean!

Staff is very helpful and awesome!!! They even told me about competitors for items they didn't carry.

I was immediately asked if I could be helped and I needed it. The associate knew where to find what I was looking for . The person checking was helpful and fast. The store was very crowded and yet she remained cheerful as she spoke with me about my planting project!

Was with son-in-law, who needed just a couple of things. I grabbed a bucket while I was waiting and self-checked-out. Associate came over to help and we had a friendly chat about sons-in-law. (No one else was in self-check.) Just goes to show that, if you are in picking up a list of items or popping in to hurry back out, service and quality at the Depot are FABULOUS.

Tony in the plumbing department went out of his way to help me find the parts i needed for my home project and made sure i had everything i needed before i left the store.
