This store ROCKS with great customer service. B. Mendoza is a knowledgeable front desk employee that quickly resolves any issues, customer service needs. He arranges for other team members to load product, check out to make sure it is in the proper working order...all with a GREAT ATTITUDE. It used to be great customer service in retail.....was common, now it is a RARE find unfortunately. I live in Ohio, one hour away and will gladly come to this store again and again. Great team work and they have a fantastic manager, Brian, too.

Received great advice and value on new home remodeling. When there was a question about roof installed, Jen the store manager handled it quickly. That made us even more sure that we wanted to use Home Depot products for our new kitchen and other home improvements.

Chuck was the salesperson who assisted us in finding the right entry door. We had a couple of questions for our installer, so we had designed an entry door and brought the information home with us. When Chuck didn't hear from us, he phoned our home and let us know that the entry door we were interested in was now on sale. Needless to say, we went back to the store and confirmed our order! Awesome customer service.

these employees know there stuff! it was nice to be able to ask questions and get good ansers and not be treated like an idiot like the goofs at lowes.

The employees at this particular Home Depot always go above and beyond in helping find the correct products for the job.

Was purchasing a new garbage disposal and both the store associate and manager over that area were helpful and gave me insight into the best size to purchase, so as not to overspend, AND provided a price match based on what was featured on a competitor's website.

The store is located in an excellent location. All the lumber, screws, nails, varnish, and paint etc. is bought at North Fayette Store. My son also spends thousands of dollars in the same location for his house and his business. He's a master plumber. The availability of the things I use in my craft projects is always is always great. Regaurdles if its a phone call or visit to the store to purchase material the staff was always polite courteous an very mannerly. doesn't get any better than this.

Ladders were an issue BUT the casher was extremely friendly and made our day!!

I like Home Depot stores. I like the variety and quality of products that they offer. The N. Fayette location always has what I need in stock. The sales associates know their stuff and are readily available to help you find an item or provide advice. An amazing amount of the material in my home and landscape has come from this location -even the appliances. My tools and lawn care equipment have come from this Home Depot as well. I don't think you can find a better home improvement store.
