The store is labeled very well. It is so easy to find whatever you want. The store is very clean and has anything you need in your hardware needs. The employees are very helpful and know the inventory. It makes remodeling and upgrading your home so easy.

I already love Home Depot for providing highly rated paint, according to Consumer Reports, but they have self checkouts, which make it even better! Going in for 2 items is no longer a long wait.

It was hard to find help. Did find one Associate after my wife and I went looking for one. Bob, did not get last name, came to the rescue. took us to every Dept. Got everything we needed. Some Associates seemed like they could care less, but that seems to happen at a lot of stores now It is still my favorite toy store and i know where most things are so i go with the flow.

I appreciate having a local Home Depot. Customer Service has improved. I no longer have to search for someone to help me. Every associate, when possible is asking you, if you need any help..

Paint dept is rude. Manager needs training on tact.

Excellent product quality and choices on indoor-outdoor carpet. Sales force NOT driven by commission, so we actually had two sales people help us on kind of a buddy system. Also, store and installer were prompt and professional in setting up measurement and installation.

When I shopped last evening, I was unsure of just where the item could be found. Turned around and saw an employee to ask, and he not only told me the aisle the items was located - he walked there with me to be sure I found it. Now, that is customer service with a smile!

Store was full of employees offering help. recently was there a lot in a one week period as we were remodeling bathroom. All areas of the store were helpful and informative. Home Depot is my first choice when I need to find a home improvement product because their store is always well organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. If Home Depot doesn't have what I need, I doubt that any of their competitors will have it.

Rarely disappointed with a visit to home depot. I am seriously impressed with the fact that over the past eleven years I have had only two things happen that I was not happy about, and they were minor. When the weather warms here enough to plant flowers, I will be going back to pick what I want this year. I get the best plants at home depot.

We've been working with Bob Rossi in our kitchen remodel. He made a design for us in 15 minutes. They beat two other kitchen stores in the pricing of our quartz countertop. Found the perfect back splash there too. Couldn't find anything I liked in kitchen specialty shops. And I'm not done shopping yet! They are making this remodel a little less daunting.

So it was a delightful afternoon outing and a quest to search for the greatest stockpile of lightbulbs was under way. My spouse and I took the long trek through the lands of Pittsburgh to arrive at the kingdom of Home Depot. There we would find our LED treasure. As we entered the giant doors we were greeted by the lovely scent of the wild wood and reminded of the wonder of the outdoors. The smiling madam was awaiting our arrival and as we passed her we discovered the wondrous wall of light. There were bulbs of all shapes and sizes growing from the incandescent wall. But our hopes were growing thin when we could not match the item we had found on the interweb highway. Then, as if out of nowhere, we were greeted by a helpful gent. As a wise man of electricity he was bent on assisting us in our journey. He walked the wall and searched the mobile to locate our item amongst the massive selection before us. He then noted that we could find what we seek along another wall deeper in the realm. He then left us in the capable hands of another guide to show us the wall. However, even after all of this the item had been taken before by another before us. We then decided to find something amongst the treasures along the original mounting to assist us with our endeavor. We ended up locating a case of several that would help with lighting our humble abode. And as we were about to depart, my eyes discovered the little amulet below. The mystical power of the 3-way light was the item were so desperately searching for and there it was just snuggling quietly below. To my surprise there were even more surrounding it, it was almost like a colony of them had been hiding in plain sight. We grabbed up four of these magnificent products and headed on our way. We located the the exit and ran our items through the mighty scanning contraption located at the far end. The overwatch was keeping an eye out for any moment for us to need while assisting the others who were completing their journey. As we left we knew we had the essentials needed to complete our mission. However, there was another item that was just yet out of our reach. The mythical green bulb was another item we did not locate within. There were black, blue, red, yellow, and even orange but the green was nowhere within our sight. Yet even with that one item left unfound, I know we will journey back another day to finish our quest. In the meantime, our home is lit to a wonderful glow. Thanks and God bless.

I ordered an item on line and received an email the same day that the item was ready for pickup. I went to the store the next day, walked up to the Customer Service Desk, where a very pleasant woman had my item ready for me. About three minutes later, I walked out of the store with my item. I easily found all the products I needed for my home project. The store associates I asked for advice were very knowledgable and helpful. I left the store with confidence I could complete my project and it would be done right thanks to the advice I received.
