Went straight to flooring and was assisted by Tom Riddell. We chose the hardwood flooring that we liked, and Tom took it from there. Home Depot got the job, and we are anxiously awaiting the finished product.

Best HD in Pittsburgh! Very helpful staff

I can't say enough about the staff at this particular Home Depot! They are my go to store for everything! Clinton, Rich and the rest of the crew at the Pro Desk deliver excellent service every single time! From tracking down inventory to helping me source for a client's project or recommending products, they deliver exceptional customer service. Anytime I have plumbing issues on a job site Troy generally has a solution for me. The selection, cleanliness and friendly staff at this store keep me coming back!

Have been shopping at the North Fayette store for years and have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Am quite satisfied with the array of products available and usually find that I go for one item and find several more that I was not aware carried. The store has been always well stocked and neat and if I had any questions the staff was available to help.

I would recommend the store because the employees were helpful. I would advise anyone having any thing delivered to GET IT IN WRITING. All the things the employee told me did not happen. My washer wasn't connected for me and the delivery time home depot confirmed never happened as they said. They sent me a text and an email confirming a time and the delivery company denied knowing about the time schedule or the connection of my washer which I HAD TO DO MYSELF. As a 74 year man with a 66 year old wife we had to manage moving the washer and connecting it so we could use it. ABSURD TO SAY THE LEAST.

This store has become one of best in the Pittsburgh area for contractors, real estate investors and property managers! The employees are helpful, extremely knowledgeable about their products and friendly. I have been shown many ways to save money which is very important in my line of work. I would recommend the Prodesk especially. There is even people staffing the prodesk on the weekend. I appreciate that as my job as a property manager is 24/7. BEST STORE EVER!!!!

I have been to this location a few times. This Home Depot is always very clean, well organized and has friendly sales associates.

I needed a dryer, there was no one that had any idea about dryers that could help. Finally I tracked an employee down. Told me he had no idea. He told me a few months ago he bout the cheapest one. And tried to sell that. Did not want the cheapest on and just looked up on my phone what dryer had food reviews and I bout the one I had to research while in store. Needed it quick. 7 days for delivery the earliest. They had independent contractors perform the job from an enterprise rental vehicle. They showed up without the instal kit that I needed to have. Now my dryer is sitting in my basement not set up! I found dryers throughout the week that were better and more affordable I chose not to get those because I had already bought this one and by that time it would be there the quickest. I called several time to check in on the delivery. No customer service just an automated line that tells you when the delivery will happen. The worst service and extremely upset will not be going back to Home Depot for anything that is not instock!

Store is well stocked, but customer service could be improved.

The store (4117) is our favorite Home Depot to shop. The store is well run, the staff is uniformly pleasant and helpful and the product selection is great. There are numerous other home improvement stores nearby, but we prefer this store and it’s staff.

The shopping experience is always fast and painless. The people are helpful. The products are affordably priced.

I purchased a dishwasher on 10/15 with delivery scheduled for 10/25. I also paid for installation, and installation kit, and removal of my old dishwasher. On the evening of 10/24, I received at text message on my phone to confirm a delivery time between 6:30 & 10:30 AM. They were a no-show. At noon I called the toll-free number on the text and was told the dishwasher was not placed on the truck and delivery was not scheduled. When I asked why I got the text, she could not provide an answer. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule! Delivery is now scheduled for November 1st (I hope) and there was nothing that she could do. I called the local store and spoke to someone in the Kitchen/Bath department. He told me there was nothing he could do, either. Neither person I spoke with wanted to try to expedite the delivery or see if they could get it delivered today. That attitude was "that's the way it is". From now on, I will purchase big-ticket items from local stores that seem to care more than a "big-box" store.

They are forcing their customers to utilize the self service registers by not having enough (or sometimes any) cashiers.

I was here at an off-peak hour (2:50-3:15pm approx.) Not only did no employees ask if I needed help, these people wouldn't even make eye contact. Just walked right past me without concern or care.

The customer service at this location is poor at best.

Was fully stocked on the supplies we needed. And they had my red bull to deal with work.

Every time we go there we run into the most helpful people who truly care about your project and provide excellent advise on the products based on our home style needs. Plus love that they sell the Simpson Strongtie products. Great product that you cannot find at Lowes.

This a very good store to shop at, the people are very polite and try very hard to help. If they can't help they find you someone who can.

Employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend shopping here for all your home improvements or new construction.

The Pro desk is outstanding. Rich and Len are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am at the store almost everyday of the week and it's always a pleasure to see Kelly and Kathy greet you with a smile when you walk in the store. Highly recommend this store for great customer service.

I just purchased my first home, so I spent about 3 hours in the store getting various items and was helped by several people who were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. David, John and another woman in Customer Service, a blonde woman in Paint whose name I couldn't see all of, but looked like Carly maybe, Tim (I think) and 2 others in lighting--I'm sorry I'm terrible with names, but I definitely remember their faces and how pleasant they made my shopping experience. By the time I left, I felt like I had made several new friends!
